Overall rating: n/a - I don't feel like I even put on any perfume, so its like trying to rate nothing.Goldea The Roman Night contains notes of bergamot, black pepper, mulberry, black peony night-blooming jasmine, rose, tuberose, patchouli, black musk, vetiver and moss.

The oils serve as a carrier of the fragrance, whereas the alcohol forms a bridge between oil and skin. I tested it on my skin today, at first i got black opium vibes, then when it settled it smelt fresh, flowery and Soft. On the other hand, Rose Goldea, though highly versatile with almost no complexity or character, I found it to be much more intriguing. This came across on me quite soft at first spray (unusually, as most modern fragrances come out the gate in a huge cacophony of notes colliding and screaming for attention), but as my skin warmed it up, I began to get wafts of one of the most elegant, sensual smells I've ever had the pleasure of smelling.Just by looking at this fragrance, I half expected a dense, sultry fragrance on a bed of rich red roses and patchouli. It's complex and interesting, and certainly worth checking out if you like the Tom Fords and other, more substantial fragrances. It immediately smells like a blast of intense, sweet honey but something in there is a bit heady and almost headache-inducing.

Alsothe lasting power and longevity are so weak, it doesn't even last 1 complete hour, so sad for this brand!The fruity opening (bergamot, mulberry and cranberry) is garnished with a restrainedly peppery undertone. It embodies the new goddess of the night, a spontaneous and instinctive woman who stands by her choices. Even though the note profile is somewhat different, it is in the same dark vein, so if you like that fragrance, you might like this too. With Goldea The Roman Night, Bvlgari is writing a new chapter in its olfactory narrative: it’s very first chypre, a floral musky chypre. They share that unique patchouli/floral combo that is very characteristic to the line, and they smell as unmistakable relatives.
