The Lookout is a residential tower with architecture similar to the CN Tower, the Space Needle in Seattle, Washington and the N Tower in Seoul, South Korea from the real life universe. It is found on a peninsula of Adventure Bay, and is where the PAW Patrol live, play, and prepare for missions. This is the most often and extensively viewed building in the series. As the PAW Patrol badge, wearing a new Dino Rescue Gear, the PAW Patrol Badge changes into a Blue Paw Badge. At the Dino Vet Center, Taylor thanks the PAW Patrol for a job well done. Ryder replied them to just yelp for help. Skye tells Rex that he is found a buddy. But the baby Brachiosaurus barks and Marshall remarks that he also understood puppy. Laughing everyone as the episode ends. EXCITING SOUNDS: The dino headquarters comes to life with exciting sound effects! Inside Rex's Lab, push the button to hear different sounds. The change room is located halfway up the Lookout, behind the large PAW Patrol logo on the outside front of the building. It is generally accessed by the pups on an upward trip in the elevator. The pups use it to change into their mission uniforms before arriving into the observatory, as well as clear any excess clutter that may have joined them in the elevator. It's also a meteorite repository that gives the pups their superpowers. The lobby is the ground floor inside the Lookout. It is one of the areas where the pups associate, play Pup Pup Boogie, and watch " Apollo the Super-Pup". It can also act as a secondary assembly area for the PAW Patrol during an emergency. It has once been used as a temporary bedroom. There are silhouette of the pups, painted across the lobby's walls. This is where the PAW Patrol store important items like the meteor that crash landed on the beach in " Mighty Pups" (later moved behind the PAW badge on the elevator in Mighty Pups, Super Paws). When the meteor is activated, the Lookout can transform into the Mighty Lookout. Meanwhile, Mayor Humdinger, emerging from the waterfall, complains that there are no bare necessities to survive and notices a dinosaur causing the kitties to run away. Mayor Humdinger schemes to take dinosaurs to the outside world to use as an attraction for people. He chases the triceratops and along the way he notices an egg. He decides to steal and leave. Meanwhile the Brachiosaurus, seeing her eggs are missing, becomes distressed and starts destroying the Dino Vet center. Dr. Turbot notices its distress and calls the PAW Patrol.

When a baby T-Rex gets lost, Ryder and the pups go on a daring mission to the Dino Wilds to help find him. Characters The Lookout is home to the Adventure Bay's rescue team and holds all of their equipment. Anyone who knows them can receive rescue services by giving them a call (a.k.a. "yelping for help") and explaining their problem. The PAW Patrol can handle nearly any emergency that comes to mind, no matter how big or complicated.
Use their vehicles to slow down the brachiosaurus and find out what the problem is. Later, save the baby T-Rex from Mayor Humdinger. Once there, the PAW Patrol enter the Dino Tower along with Rex where they are suited up in their Dino Rescue gear and briefed on the situation with Timmy. Ryder assigns Skye to use her jet and visor to search for Timmy from the air, Chase to use his Dino vehicle to search from the ground, and Rex to use his Dino communication skills to guide Timmy to safety. Taylor, feeling guilty about the whole situation, calls and asks to lend her assistance with searching as well, which Ryder accepts. With that the team deploys into their respective vehicles and sets off to find Timmy.
