I bought these just over 3 months ago, feel better with energy, but still no periods, I was diagnosed with Pcos when I was 11 and now I am 28 and only ever had one period, I was just wondering if I can take anything eles aswell as these tablets? Excellent product, been making a shake every morning with coconut milk. It’s delicious and I have noticed less bloating, I started taking these PCOS tablets 2 week ago ago. Within 3 days I had a noticed light spotti g when wiping I also really enjoyed the texture, and between mixing it with almond milk or oat milk, it definitely pairs best with oat milk. Compared to other protein blends and powders, this one has micros (vitamins and nutrients) others simply don't, including iron, vitamin B6, and B12 - this is where it is specifically designed for women. They are all vitamins we need more than men as we are more prone to having iron deficiencies, amongst other things, due to menstruation cycles etc.That’s why I’m giving only my honest opinions on whether these vegan protein shakes are worth your money or not. However, this difference is only a couple of pounds, and I am more than happy to pay that considering how much better the texture and flavour are, not to mention the added vitamins and nutrients I will be getting. It's fairly priced considering what an excellent product it is.
