About this deal

There are hundreds of books on physics about force, gravity, and the way the objects of the universe interact. If you’re looking for a good one to read, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned physics student, these six books are a great place to start. The death of Zeffrex! Having sacrificed himself to merge with the Ultra Dragonstar and defeat the Specter of Sarrklon once and for all, the mighty Zeffrex Laserbrand is no more. While mourning the loss of her husband, Princess Laglorial happens upon a fabled wishstone. However, the chaotic power of the wishstone makes things much worse before they are better. And in the end, can Laglorial make the right choice between reviving her dead lover, or saving the universe once again? Alanson made quite the splash when he appeared on the publishing scene in 2016. A lot of people think that ‘Columbus Day’ was the author’s first published novel and for good reason. There are thirty (30) volumes in total and players can give Mitch a copy of the book until he has all of them to get XP and Credits. The symbol μ frict-static represents the coefficient of static friction between the two surfaces. Like the coefficient of sliding friction, this coefficient is dependent upon the types of surfaces that are attempting to move across each other. In general, values of static friction coefficients are greater than the values of sliding friction coefficients for the same two surfaces. Thus, it typically takes more force to budge an object into motion than it does to maintain the motion once it has been started.

Columbus Day is the first novel in the ‘Expeditionary Force’ series. The book is narrated from the perspective of Joe Bishop, an Army Specialist who was minding his own business one random Columbus Day when aliens invaded earth. Mind over matter! Having escaped from the Grommulon dimension with the intact Dragonstar, the Dragonstar Force now finds themselves trapped in prisons of their own minds. It turns out that merging with evil alternate-dimension versions of themselves has caused more problems than it may have solved. Now, our heroes fight for their very souls and must battle their own personal demons if they wish to survive! Unlikely alliances! Having failed her plans for revenge thus far, Shussalina goes into exile, and the universe is seemingly at peace once again. However, a strange new alien race, the Glotzians, appear. Surrounding the Galactic Council's homeworld, they demand immediate surrender. Tanskler and the New Dragonstar Force race to its rescue, but find their new Glotzian foes too much to handle. During their retreat, the Dragonstar Force rescues an old drifter, who turns out to be the mysterious Montelvaughn. He brings them to the far reaches of space, where they meet Grimmtongue the Nebula Wyrm, the most ancient of all dragons, who promises to help, for a price. But over time, it becomes obvious that there is so much more going on than meets the eye. The humans are merely pawns in a game they barely understand.

Many people get interested in physics through science fiction. If this is why you’re looking for a great book on physics about force, look no further than Physics of the Impossible by Michio Kaku! This is a great read, no matter your experience level with physics. Michio Kaku does a great job of exploring even advanced physics topics without becoming too complex or abstract. One assumes that Alanson chose to pursue indie publishing because the avenue allows him to tell the stories he enjoys in the format that suits him. However, the author has been known to field complaints regarding the quality of his work. Six Easy Pieces is a fairly short read, too, making it one of the most approachable books on this list. If you’re looking to dig deeper after finishing Six Easy Pieces, Feynman also wrote a sequel, Six Not-So-Easy Pieces, which explores more complicated topics like relativity and space-time. For instance, relativity influences the way we experience acceleration, which occurs due to force applied to an object in motion. Einstein’s iconic book on his theories of relativity is short and approachable but relativity is still a complex topic. It can be difficult to wrap your head around, so this book is best suited for those who have already learned about the basic concepts of physics.

The force of gravity is the force with which the earth, moon, or other massively large object attracts another object towards itself. By definition, this is the weight of the object. All objects upon earth experience a force of gravity that is directed "downward" towards the center of the earth. The force of gravity on earth is always equal to the weight of the object as found by the equation: Fgrav = m * g where g = 9.8 N/kg (on Earth) A confluence of heroes! Having accepted defeat at the hands of their evil selves, our heroes await a grim death sentence in the dungeons of Jarmlek. Meanwhile, the Grommulon version of Sarrklon discovers a way to bend the dimensions to his will using the merged Dragonstars and formulates a plan to save the Dragonstar Force. But, it will take merging with himself from the prime dimension. Can his fractured psyche survive such a quantum entanglement, and will he manage to save our intrepid heroes?Physics of the Impossible explores the science of several “impossible” things, such as time travel and starships. The book touches on nearly every corner of physics, including force, gravity, and the physics of how objects interact with each other. Physics of the Impossible is a great way to dive into physics by learning about it through the context of science fiction. Craig Alanson’s books typically feature unlikely heroes, individuals that are thrown into impossible situations. Once there, these ordinary souls must rely on their courage and their cunning to attain victory.
