This guarantee is limited to the cost of repairing the product. To the extent permitted by law, the Manufacturer does not accept and will not be held liable for any financial loss incurred in connection with the failure of any product to operate in accordance with the expected standards. The Manufacturer reserves the right to terminate the guarantee if its staff or representatives are subjected to physical or verbal abuse in the course of carrying out their duties. Any additional components fitted to the product at any time will not be covered by this guarantee and will be chargeable directly by the Service Agent. Can anyone steer me in the right direction of which component might be at fault? I'm reticent to throw good money after bad getting it repaired if this is anything to rate Beko reliability by since I've had it such a short amount of time. Accessories and/or consumable items including but not limited to ice trays, scrapers, cutlery baskets, filters and light bulbs. The area around the product must be easily accessible to the Engineer without the need for cabinets or furniture being removed. This relates to a 10-year guarantee on the ProSmart Inverter motor of selected Beko products. These are in addition to our Standard Guarantee Terms & Conditions above.

In the unlikely event that the appliance is beyond economical repair we may at the sole discretion of Beko plc offer you an appliance at a reduced price. Our call out fee will still apply.
