The take on romance within this story is unique in the sense that it develops its own form throughout the novel, building itself piece by piece until we get a normalized rendition of romance.

The concepts of a werewolf world apply, though they’re never executed or fleshed out in the beginning and middle chapters. The author really wants to take their time with developing the characters… and giving us erotic scenes. needed to be punished for my crimes too. Misguided or manipulated, it didn‘t matter... I commit crimes that I would never be able to ever simply wipe from The H’s mother is obnoxious as hell as well. Honestly there’s not one good, likeable character in the book. Maybe Tala or whatever her name is, but we know next to nothing about her. He had thrown me away like he hadn’t felt a damn thing. It wasn’t fair that he was still taking up space in my brain rent-free, especially not when my attempted evictions had no effect.When the truth of my very existence and reality was revealed, he cast me aside and lit my world ablaze, leaving me to burn in the flames of his hatred.
