About this deal

My older son has used the Yoyo here and there and he still fits under the canopy just fine at 41.5 inches tall (105cm), so while the seat isn’t as tall as on some other strollers it doesn’t matter. We never bought the rolling bag, just hang a regular diaper bag off the handle and it works fine – AKA doesn’t fall over. Would Joolz Aer work for siblings? Joolz finally released the footboard / buggy board with seat and people get excited that the board folds with a stroller (but it makes it way too big for the plane anyway). I still prefer the Yoyo’s board though, but it might be a personal preference. The seat isn’t reversible, but in my case, we only needed a reversible seat for the first 3 months and the bassinet is naturally parent-facing. We never had the bassinet though (more on this further down). Some people complain that the seat is too short, so I did a test: I put my 4-year old and 42.5″ tall son in Yoyo and he fit just fine. In the US, Yoyo harness requires a different release button, but you can remove the top strap and make it a 3-point harness, which is what we mostly use when the kids are small.

What type of car seat can be used with the yo-yo? Since we’re likely going to need to be in some taxis at some point… The release of the new Joolz Aer+ stroller version is making many parents ask whether it’s worth the upgrade. What’s new? Were all the annoying features of Joolz Aer corrected? The only way Bugaboo Butterfly would be suitable from birth is by using car seat adapters. The car seat adapter for the Bugaboo Butterfly fits these car seats: It’s super heavy. Sure, it has wheels but you still need to lift it and if you need to get it up the stairs it’s 16.5 lbs to carry on top of the child. It’s more than the double weight of a regular car seat.

Car Seats Compatible with Nuna TRVL and Babyzen YOYO2

Unlike many compact buggies which have the fold-release button on the handlebar, the Yoyo 0+ has a release button underneath the babynest, on the underside of the chassis. The canopy is minimally larger and the huge peekaboo mesh is smaller, but still doesn’t offer the flap. I was wondering if the handle bar and foot rest helped prevent your child from slouching/slipping down? I read that its a common issue but wanted to know if it helped your little one? My little one is almost 2yo and finding ways to help her sit better in the seat.

Pushchair Bumper Bar Handlebar Compatible for Babyzen YOYO

Provides your child with a soft padded area to hold/lean on to. Some kids just love holding onto the bumper bar, sitting in an upright position, especially when something interesting has caught their attention However, he complained that the top shoulder straps of Butterfly are uncomfortable for him, and with a harness adjusted fully to the top and reaching maximum capacity they are short – considering the fact that my son is super skinny and basically off the chart for weight, I don’t see the strap working out for a child in 60th or more percentile for the weight over 36 inches honestly. Full disclosure:I bought this stroller myself. I wasn’t paid or given a sample, so this review is as objective as can be. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments. Pros & Minor Cons of Joolz Aer Stroller It takes a ton of space in the car. Especially in Europe if you rent a smaller vehicle you will have issues putting the passenger’s seat in a comfortable position if you put Doona behind it. The TRVL includes one feature that's sold as a separate accessory for the YOYO (a leg rest) and one that isn't available from Babyzen (a bumper bar). It’s not the bumper bar you’re used to it, because it’s soft and foldable. You can roll it like a snake and it unrolls before you clip it into the stroller. My son can still hold onto it and it works fine, but… unfortunately, the stroller doesn’t fold with it. I found the same issue with Joolz Aer which was super disappointing and the biggest con.

Neutral Stroller Bar for Babyzen YoYo and Yoyo+ - Armrest

My older son is currently 40″ and in over 90th percentile for 3-year-olds and basically hits the top of the seat and the space between the top of his head and canopy is pretty much the same as on Babyzen Yoyo and ironically, even lower than on Joolz Aer. We live in the city. I use my UB cruz as my daily vehicle but need to replace my worn out 6y mn nano I got for my oldest. Looking for something small & sturdy. I know everyone has yoyo, so I know I won’t be disappointed, but I am just worried about the longevity due to seat height vs aer. Fwiw, my 4y could still sit in yoyo, but the idea of unsupported head during a nap for my baby as she grows is hard to think She will be comfy?!I was a bit surprised when I discovered the recline of Bugaboo Butterly isn’t great. The stroller reclines visibly less than Babyzen Yoyo and slightly less than Joolz Aer. It’s crazy, because so many retailers claimed Butterfly has a lower recline but in reality, it’s not the case.

Babyzen YOYO2 Stroller Comparison | Strolleria Nuna TRVL vs. Babyzen YOYO2 Stroller Comparison | Strolleria

Designed so that children can stay warm in their YOYO thanks to its sherpa lining, the YOYO footmuff offers optimal protection. I’ve spent so much time testing travel strollers (over 30 different ones and still going!), and I say that compared to other baby strollers, Babyzen Yoyo+ is a fantastic option. It’s not ideal, but there’s no better alternative if you fly a lot. I can take my bub or even two bubs anywhere with Yoyo+ because it’s compact, maneuverable, and easy to navigate in tight corners. More importantly, its accessories are readily available. I can easily put several items in it without worrying about carrying enough for my baby’s needs. Also, I can access the storage basket from the stroller’s front, which is fantastic. One big difference I always see is that when strollers fold one-handed the closing mechanism is in the middle of the bar, which makes it slightly more difficult to steer with one hand vs when the bar is clear of any buttons. When I say slightly more difficult I don’t mean it’s super difficult, it’s really minor, but once you steer a stroller without the mechanism in the middle you’ll understand what I mean. Folding and Unfolding of Joolz AerBabyzen doesn’t have a bumper bar as an official accessory and for me, that was a downside as my kids love pulling on it. As you can see we have a bumper bar and lots of people wonder how it works and where did we get it from. There’s been a huge buzz surrounding Bugaboo Butterfly as it’s been a highly advertised stroller and appeared to be one of the best-designed strollers from Bugaboo. Many people are debating getting Bugaboo Butterfly vs Babyzen Yoyo (or the new Nuna Trvl), so I had to see what the fuss what about – despite being satisfied with our Babyzen Yoyo. Another important use of the belly bar is that you can attach/hang fun toys (and even a pacifier) on it, which will keep your child entertained when you’re out. Toys can be secured to the bar for your child’s entertainment when out on long strolls or on those busy shopping days. Here’s why you may need a bumper bar (belly bar) on your stroller, in case you are wondering whether you really need a bumper bar for your stroller.. An adjustable calf support that allows your child to stretch her legs (Babyzen sells a leg rest accessory separately)
