Arnold ends up finding the treasure after walking through the night. In the middle of the coconut harvest, Trader Jones makes a wish and, before anyone knows what has happened, Mary the Hover Fairy appears. She grants Trader's wish but he discovers that the magic may not be the best way to harvest coconuts. Arnold is lovable - but very, very clumsy. So, it is no wonder, Lewis does not want to take him along on the treasure hunt. But, it is Arnold, who ends up finding the treasure! The series was dubbed in Scottish Gaelic and broadcast under the title Callum an Cailc by BBC Scotland.

T.O.M. – Talk Operated Machine, a robot resembling the Star Wars character R2-D2 designed by Tracy and built by Bertha to perform odd jobs around the factory. According to the song TOM the Robot from the episode TOM's New Friend and the Bertha 12" vinyl record, he is said to be Bertha's robot son. Arnold the Elephant: A pink elephant, who is quite jolly, but also very clumsy, much to the annoyance of Lewis, who always seems to be on the receiving end of Arnold's bouts of clumsiness. In 1987, Falcon released a board game using illustrations similar to those seen on the front covers of the photobooks. The game itself does not differ much from the Monopoly series of board games. If a player lands on T.O.M., they are allowed to ask Bertha to make an item for them. Finally, from 1999 to 2000, Contender Entertainment released 9 episodes on VHS on their "Nippers" label. Trader Jones: Trader is the island's odd job man. Not only does he drive a bike which acts as a taxi and a means of transporting goods, he also owns a general supplies store on the island: 'if you want it, he's got it.' He never accepts money, he only trades e.g. a supply of bananas may cost a day's beachcombing. In 2004 Entertainment Rights released a DVD of the show containing three of the same episodes as the Hallmark/Carlton Release, replacing "The Best Machine Competition" with "More Speed, Less Work" (albeit mistitled "The Best Machine competition"). Ted Turner – Chief machine operator (who shows a number of influences of the late veteran TV presenter Bruce Forsyth) Charlie Chalk Fun Factory was a play area for little kids, found in large Pubs across the United Kingdom, now only found around Aberdeen.
