About this deal

OK, so onto where this damned picture came from. Pattinson did a movie with the Safdie brothers called Good Time. It came out in 2017 and Pattinson plays Connie, a bank robber who spends a lot of the movie trying to get his brother (Benny Safdie) out of prison. In 2008, Pattinson was cast as the vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight Saga movie series based on the novels from author Stephenie Meyer. The first film was released to theaters on November 21st, 2008, and instantly made Pattinson a recognizable movie star. The image did not spread until roughly two and half years later with a tweet [2] by @sktekitchen, who, on November 19th, 2019, tweeted the image with the caption, "i'm telling my kids that this was fez from euphoria." The tweet received more than 3,100 likes and 490 retweets in less than one year (shown below, left).

Pattinson was cast in multiple independent films between 2012 and 2017 including The Rover, Maps to the Stars, Life and The Childhood of a Leader, among others. In 2017, he was cast in the movie Good Time directed by the Safdie Brothers who later went on to direct Uncut Gems in 2019. In Good Time, Pattinson played the role of Connie Nikas, a naive but unhinged bank robber who had gotten his younger brother imprisoned. The movie was released to American theaters on August 11th, 2017, and at the time, critics like Eric Kohn of Indiewire called it Pattinson's "career-best." [5] Robert Pattinson and Katy Perry Did Karaoke Together Once; Perry Was Angry The Hilarious Video Leaked This has got to be the funniest photo you’ve ever seen of Robert Pattinson. I mean really, can it get any better than this? The pose, the barbecue, the facial expression. This entire thing is a work of art, so you may take it pretty hard when you read what I have to say in the next sentence. Between people sharing the believable scenarios you’d most likely find this cursed version of Robert Pattinson in, to others simply professing their love for the image in their own special ways, it was clear that people were again obsessed with R-Patz like the Twihards all were in 2008.

On February 19th, 2020, Redditor Ricardo_H1302 posted a variation in the /r/criterion [9] subreddit. In the post, Ray is labeled "Synecdoche New York" and Connie is labeled "8 1/2," two acclaimed arthouse films. The post received more than 240 points (94% upvoted) in less than two years and is the earliest known version of the meme (shown below). It makes sense that Reeves and his team opted for a more practical take on the Batsuit, as The Batman itself adopts a utilitarian approach overall. Matching Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight trilogy, The Batman as a whole prefers function over fashion. But Reeves’ film somehow takes it one step further in making The Batman full of grit and applying a whole new level of pragmatism to its characters, design, and story.

In a Reddit AMA from 2017, Pattinson answered someone’s questions about if he ever thinks about joining social media. “Only in dark moments,” he cheekily replied. You already know from our Robert Pattinson TikTok roundup that this guy can’t help but be strange. Like, really strange. Whether it’s in interviews and press junkets or behind the scenes with other cast members, he can’t help but be so awkward that it’s often hard to watch and uncomfortable for everyone involved. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to RPtaz, for there’s also an abundance of cursed Robert Pattinson photos online. Sure, he’s is very, very attractive but he is also chaotic and gives off such an indescribably weird energy, which obviously bumps Robert Pattinson up about 10 points on the hotness scale.

You Think You're Better Than Me' / 'I Am Better Than You' is a memorable piece of dialogue from Good Time. Online, people have used a two-panel image macro of the characters speaking the lines to compare two related things. At one point in the movie, Pattinson's character Ray says to Connie, "You think you're better than me." Connie responds, "I am better than you" (clip below)
