For reference, a regular 55W halogen car headlight bulb emits 1200 Lumen. In contrast, a 35 W Xenon headlight emits approximately 3200 Lumens, so you will have a lot of light available when you need it, and you can blind someone with this light. What you’ll get: This flashlight is a formidable self-defense weapon without having to even touch a bad guy. It’s a reassuring option to have in hand things get “out of control.” I could not find any PWM on this light, this is due to the fact that it uses a high-efficiency constant power circuit that maintains constant brightness. I really don’t think anyone else does these massive multi-emitter lights like Imalent. These look good even from the front. Or especially from the front.

Opening the box let’s you enjoy the small flashlight, inside you’ll first find an Imalent card, some silica gel, and at the bottom, the light itself. Everything is held in place with sturdy foam, and next to it is another cardboard box for all the accessories. These are button top cells, and are labeled: Imalent MRB-217P40S, and if you look at the following pictures, you can see some text behind the wrappers, indicating these to be Samsung INR21700 40T. These are good, high-quality cells. There is only 1 thing that I don’t like so much about the text on the wrapper, saying these have protection boards, but our fellow reviewer Owen took the wrapper off, and only found a spacer, without any electronics. That’s a minus point for Imalent, not so much for the review.

Measurements were taken indoors at 5meters (after 30 seconds) with a professional Hagner E4-X Lux Meter. Mode As expected, there’s a huge surge of light, then it drops down in just over sixty seconds to something a bit more sustainable. It then continues at a bit over 2000 lumens until the two-hour mark, and then fairly rapidly drops off to zero. Even with 12,000mAh behind it, this is fairly unsurprising – the sheer output needed for this light in turbo is incredible.

The IMALENT MS06 style designs really so nice the knurling is clearly not rough.the build quality is very well.the pitch of the threads is very fine and square-shard. Inside that heavy dust spring and well greased thread.which will make this easy to operate and screw off and screw on of the flashlight. Really that is excellent machining and finish. With great power comes great responsibility! The Imalent MS06 is a true light powerhouse..the closest thing to having the sun on the palm of your hand! The Imalent MS06 flashlight has a total of 6 brightness levels. The lowest is 200 lumens. The highest brigtness level is rated at 25,000 lumens (around 23,000 lumens during testing). But, whatever the results are, I’m always excited about testing high-power flashlights, even if they can’t live up to the expectations. The driver, like most other things on this light, is glued in – there’s no easy way of getting in to take a look.IMALENT MS06 impressed me for the very minimal dimensions ( 119mm) for a flashlight that emits up to 25,000 lumens and which is powered by 3 batteries (included) in 21700 format (4000 mAh). Imalent MS06 is a very bright flashlight that reaches, with its range, a maximum distance of 513 meters, with a wide illumination angle and with the ideal stroboscopic function for search and rescue. For reference, here’s a baseline shot, with all the room lights off and almost nothing hitting the sensor. Also, here’s the light with the worst PWM I could find. I’m adding multiple timescales, so it’ll be easier to compare to the test light. Unfortunately, the PWM on this light is so bad that it doesn’t even work with my normal scale, which is 50 microseconds (50us). 10ms. 5ms. 2ms. 1ms. 0.5ms. 0.2ms. In a display faster than 0.2ms or so, the on/off cycle is more than one screen, so it’d just (very incorrectly) look like a flat line.
