The pod has a clear base and a smoked black mouthpiece which makes it easy to see when filling it up andstill clear enough to judge your juice level during use.
However as the pod sits quite low into the device, it’s hard to see when your juice levels are low unless you tip the device or remove the pod. An LED indicator displays how much life is in your battery, to recharge simply plug the micro USB cable provided into the port situated on the side of the kit. While the control does work to adjust between a tight MTL draw and a restricted DTL, it’s not the best implementation I’ve seen. That being said I’ve enjoyed my time with it and it’s certainly higher up on my list of Smok products. As good as the ACRO was,this was just much better, the draw was similar but the flavour was so much stronger. There are four versions of this coil available that deliver four unique experiences, giving you the option to find the one that suits you best.I mentioned earlier that I had no leaking but another important performance aspect for me is the draw activation performance. As the manufacturer needs the serial number to provide a replacement, we highly recommend you keep the original packing box or take picture of the code before discarding it. It is a little bit oversized, and it would have been nice if they could have narrowed down that mouthpiece a bit.
However, I feel there are better pod systems on the market that can deliver a superior DTL and MTL experience. Prismatic – Silver Black Cobra, Silver Red Cobra, Green Blue Cobra, Rasta Green Cobra, and 7 Color Cobra. Thankfully I’ve had no issues, but faulty draw activation is something that can make a good device terrible in my eyes. I've discovered that operating the coil within the recommended range of 15 watts is the most suitable option for me. It’s every bit as pocketable as other Novo’s and still light enough that it’s almost imperceptible that you’re carrying it.
