And the steam dear sir! From the robe against the wall scene, the rain canopy scene, the Fleetwood Mac jet scene, the shower, and the sleepover scenes jeeeezus, this book was great. Sure smex happens at 74% but I did NOT feel the slow burn. So much tension satisfied me. I love how Lottie brings out the alpha side of her…gah…and her dirty mouth. How she manages to have a reasonable conversation while she criticizes Lottie is beyond me. Her sister calls her out, and what does she do.. gets to thinking for a bit and I thought she was gonna realise her immature attitude but no .. eventually she still had to be right. BTW: I cannot wait to see how badly he trashes her when she doesn't plug that model 3 in because he forgets to explain it's a Tesla and electric. You can either find my head buried in my Kindle, listening to inspiring heart ripping music or typing away on the computer twisting and turning the lives of my characters while driving my readers crazy with anticipation. Top freaking notch!! I totally have a new favorite MQ book. This story was so laugh out loud hilarious, my kids kept asking what was so funny! The sexual tension between Hux and Lottie was fan my face fantastic. These two take the saying there's a thin line between love and hate to the max. I cannot recommend this book enough LA. My (not so) meet cute was unexpected to say the least. I was in Beverly Hills, searching for someone to take me on as their bride, as you do. I don't want to beat a dead horse, as they used to say. ChatGPT made my point clear enough, but without a doubt, there is always a need for good data. Whether it's for research efforts, content creation, or brainstorming, it can really derail you if you don't get the right information at the right time. Let me just finish this review off by saying that I actually hadn’t expected to get emotional at all during this book. But the ending did things to me, I just absolutely loved these characters together. I could just feel their happiness flowing through me at that ending, and then I shred a few tears. Which was probably the last thing I expected. Also this book is a little like the movie “Pretty Woman” just more romcom like, which is amazing to me because I loved Vivian and Edward in Pretty woman, it’s one of my all time favorite movies, and I would really recommend this movie if you loved this book.
