About this deal

I’ve got it loaded with three 9V batteries (600 mAh Lithium-ion rechargeable) and can get 9 hours of use from a full charge - that should be plenty for most outdoor gigs, weddings, etc. Please note, the original boxing is scuffed and the seals are broken, otherwise the unit itself looks and operates as new. This makes me wonder if it's truly powering my various condensers or if I'm getting an underwhelming signal. The 1002B has a convenient 9 V battery capability allowing use in remote locations – where the nearest power outlet may be many miles away! There is a prefade monitor send which I intend on using as a boom op feed and a post fade FX send which would be great for director feed.

I have used this board for about 4 or 5 years and sold my current one to the bar I perform at and got another one for a backup when I upgrade to a better one. Use the included power supply or power the 1002B with 9V batteries for field use (two batteries for normal operation, three to use phantom power). My only complaint is opening the battery compartment requires a screwdriver; push-button lid or at least a thumbscrew would be much better. No worries, the XENYX preamps sound as good as whatever Behringer had in the older MXB1002 and all the unique features to the original were kept. The XENYX 1002B gets its name from our legendary, high headroom XENYX mic preamps, which have been praised by audio engineers all over the world. Common on all sorts of things like guitar processors, synths, keyboards and other gadgets that could be connected to a single combo amp for live work, or maybe plugged into a mixer for recording. Setup was easy: set gains and mix normally, main output volume at unity (0), then outputting through Left and Right 1/4" unbalanced cables into one stereo channel of the main mixer. A gazillion uses for this type of mixer, especially with the quality channel faders and EQ,stereo channel in,etc.

The main difference between this 2001B and most if not all other Behringer mixers is it can be battery powered from it's internal batteries, -it works well on battery too!The monitor send pot, being a nice big through hole component, also lends itself to being a convenient place to solder the leads.

The British consoles of the 1960s and '70s changed the sound of rock and roll - without them the British Invasion might not have happened. They are for representative purposes only and often show other items to indicate how the product can be used, accessories that are available or other models in the same range.rather than sending the "FX" to its output take the output of that pot and (maybe using a Dsub on the back) use that as a direct out? You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish. The channel EQ on our XENYX mixers is based on that very same circuitry, allowing you to imbue signals with incredible warmth and detailed musical character. I run 3 channels ( Guitar Synth, Guitar, Background Tracks) so having Volume and Tone and a Master Fader at my finger tips is something until now I've never had. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating is that the battery compartment is only accessible with a screw driver.
