Yes, Belvedere Unfiltered is deep — but that’s because its flavour is, too. Our bins hold 18-24 bottles of wine or Champagne or 2-3 cases of lager when filled with ice and water. Drinks will be chilled in 30-45 minutes and will be kept cold for several hours, especially if kept in the shade.

Belvedere really began to take off when it was distributed in America by a company called Millennium LLC which eventually bought the brand in 2001, and turned it into one of the world’s most prestigious spirits. Millennium in turn was bought outright by French drinks giant LVMH in 2005 who own Belvedere to this day. Long-term relationship with its selected agricultural partners enables 100% traceability of the grain. Belvedere believes in being natural and simple, by transforming simple ingredients from nature into extraordinary vodka – with zero additives. Belvedere has always championed the signature depth and complexity that comes from rye, and unlike more neutral ingredients, such as wheat or corn, rye imparts a distinct taste and character. Made from only Polska rye, purified water and a distillation process by fire, Belvedere contains zero additives, is certified kosher, and is produced in accordance with the legal regulations of Polska vodka that dictate nothing can be added. The vodka is so creamy it’s hard to believe it hasn’t been filtered, but after quadruple distillation, there’s no need to filter it multiple times like other vodkas. What you get without filtration is something bold and flinty, yet well-rounded and smooth. And the stories keep coming…Belvedere uses only Polish-grown rye sourced from eight local farms. Following fermentation, it undergoes a triple distillation to produce a spirit of great purity which is also full of flavour. As well as the flagship Belvedere Pure expression, the distillery produces some super premium versions that highlights the flavour and terroir of rye grown in Poland including the Belvedere Heritage 176 made with a proportion of high flavour malted rye spirit, and various single estate bottlings. There’s also a range of flavoured vodkas.
