We’ve watched all of her highlights, liked most of her posts (not to sound creepy…) and we are now fully fledged Mrs Hinch-lings! And it wouldn’t be a book about Mrs Hinch without checklists, now, would it, so there are plenty of those!

Its surprised me with how hard it was for me to look at myself positively and I've always known I am not as confident as I make out but I didn't realise how badly until doing the book. Filled with lots of activities, this book is all about giving people the gift of time out whilst helping them have fun and plan their upcoming ‘hinching’ activities. WARNING: We can't guarantee you'll get your hands on a Minky aka 'Minkeh' after reading this - they're selling out everywhere 😂. Even if your not a Hincher, but you need a little help to destress, mind map and see your own worth, this book is amazing. It's okay to struggle we all do and this year my focus is to love myself and who I am again as well as become more positive and less stress about every little thing.

First of all, the Hinch Lists where a God send, like Mrs H we (Niki who is writing this review) are new parents, and baby brain is VERY real. Going through this book, filling in the empty pages, doing the puzzles, and reading more about Mrs Hinch’s personal life was a refreshing change from my usual reading choices. Mrs Hinch had a number one best seller with her 1st book ( review here) and now she’s only gone and released a follow up to it, her Activity Journal.Hinchliffe created her Instagram account, mrshinchhome, in March 2018, [5] initially to show how she and her husband were decorating their house. Posting about the arrival of her new product, after she took time off Instagram following the birth of her son Ronnie, Sophie posted a photo of her latest achievement, writing, "Honestly I've had the most amazing 8 weeks of my life with my new little family unit.
