About this deal

Sizes Offered: Twin, Twin XL, Twin XXL, Full, Full XL, Queen, Split Queen, King, California King, Split Head Flex King, Split King High-quality microfiber is typically more durable than cotton, but its thin nature can make it prone to tearing on sharp edges. Although it rises to the top in so many ways, this sheet fell behind in a few crucial areas. The elastic band is pretty thin and required constant adjustment each morning — and our testers wouldn't self-identify as particularly restless sleepers. It is well-designed and crafted with quality in mind and, therefore, pricier than other contenders that performed equally well. The material is smooth but not as nice and soft to roll around on as other models we tested. Although the heavy sateen weave seems to curtail the inherent softness of long-staple cotton, this sheet does continue to soften through repeated washings. It even includes written instructions on how to launder properly to increase longevity and improve skin feel. Material Type (per tags): 100% long-staple cotton

Most sheets made from cotton may contain short cotton fibers that may result in a slightly rough and uneven surface. This is where fine combing comes in. The super soft fabric of our 100% organic cotton Jersey Bedding has a stretchy structure that moves with your body whilst hugging the mattress. Always ensure that you get the correct fitted sheet size that corresponds with the size of your mattress. Although a larger fitted sheet can fit a smaller mattress, keeping the fit snug can be a problem and the sheet may move around when you do. Elastic in corners vs. all-around We did not experience any chemical-like smell when we first unboxed the sheet set, unlike other sheet sets out there and why would we, the Saatva Organic Sateen sheet set is GOTS certified 100% organic. Sizes When we make our bed and begin to layer clean fresh linen onto our mattress, after a mattress protector the next thing we usually add is a sheet. Colours and patterns aside, the bottom sheet which is the one you lay on directly, is generally one of two styles: flat or fitted.

Why You Should Trust Us

We all now by know that a high thread count only matters when it comes to bed sheets that are made from 100% pure long staple cotton and the best we have tried this year are the ones from Jennifer Adams. Pima Cotton:Very similar to Egyptian cotton, Pima also has long-staple fibers. This makes a sheet that is breathable and very soft. The difference with Pima is that it is grown in America’s desert climates. This is quite close to the climate in Egypt. Pima is high-quality cotton but costs a lot less than Egyptian cotton. The simple answer is the deeper the better! If your experience of fitted sheets is that they tend to ride up at the sides, the most common reason is they are not deep enough. Cotton sheets often have a much longer lifespan than microfiber sheets, thanks to remarkable durability through laundering and the ability to be repurposed once they are retired from a bedspread. The Jennifer Adams sheet sets come in 4 colors: white, mushroom gray, fawn and storm. Each set comes with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and 2 pillow cases. Sizes

Jersey fitted sheets are elasticated all the way around the sheet (not just the corners) for a perfect fit.Fitted sheets are traditionally used on the mattress (the sheet you lie on) and held in place with an elasticated edge. Microfiber is a poly-synthetic fiber — meaning that it is derived from a petroleum-based product. In the case of most bed sheets, they are 100% polyester microfiber. The main difference between regular polyester and polyester microfiber is that microfiber has a denier rating of less than one. Synthetic production is a big part of why these sheets are cheaper than a naturally grown fiber like cotton, but these savings upfront don't come without hidden, external costs. With a thread count of 600, we found the Jennifer Adams Egyptian cotton fitted sheet to be exceptionally soft and smooth that it kind of felt like we were laying atop a tub of butter. Not only is it super soft, but the higher thread count also meant that the Jennifer Adams Egyptian cotton fitted sheet was quite breathable – perfect for hot sleepers who also tend to experience night sweats.

Although not as soft as sheets made from Egyptian cotton, we still found the PlushBeds Bamboo fitted sheet to be soft and smooth when we tried it out, similar to sheets made from polyester microfiber.Although the Jennifer Adams Egyptian cotton sheets were already softer sheets than most right off the bat, multiple washes turned them softer than we could have ever thought possible so if you’re on the hunt for luxuriously soft, high thread count sheets then consider your search to be over. Before we jump into what fabric options you should choose for fitted sheets AND why, here’s a bit of history behind how fitted sheets became such a quintessential feature of our bed-making today! The history behind fitted sheets

Fitted sheets come in many fabrics, just like your flat sheets do. So, whether you prefer a crisp sheet or a warm and cozy sheet, there will always be an option for you. Fabric is going to be the first thing that you need to consider before buying a sheet, so knowing what’s out there and who it works well for is important. Cotton sheets If you’ve always bought your sheets in sets, you may find it odd to buy a fitted sheet on its own. (Personally I don’t …. it allows me to change my fitted sheets on a more regular basis).

Confirm your age

The Nolah Bamboo sheet sets are OEKO-TEX certified. This means that they are free from harmful chemicals or toxins that may harm you or the environment. They are also certified by the Forest Stewardship Council which means that the bamboo used for each and every Nolah sheet and other bedding are sustainably sourced. The most popular fabrics when it comes to fitted sheets are cotton (especially Egyptian cotton) and linen. Both fabric types are breathable, cooling and soft to the touch. Cotton, in particular, gets softer with each wash. Both fabric types are also pretty durable. Size You get more than few color options to choose from with the PlushBeds Bamboo sheets – from neutral colors to solid colors such as lemon yellow and sky blue. Perfect for those who would like a more colorful bed.
