I found this to be a really pleasant taste, quite to my liking... as much as I can like a berry flavoured drink, and more than acceptable to slip into a glass of chilled milk on a warm day, ready to pop outside and soak up a few rays. I can also see it going well on cold night with a glass of warm milk, to mask that strange 'organic' taste warm milk gets, which I personally fiond quite unpleasant normally. Though, considering the beads dissolve faster in warm milk, you may need to slurp faster to get the best results.

Thankfully when I did finally decide to buy them it was when they were on special. And we werent even home five minutes when they kids were begging to try them out. So its a simple straw with these strawberry flavoured balls in the middle. You pour a glass of standard milk and drink it through the straw, the process of milk going through these balls releases the strawberry flavour, and walaaa strawberry flavoured milk. Answer: We understand that it's difficult to reconcile that a great tasting treat can also be nutritious. However, it is true! Magic Milk Straws + milk = nutritious. While they are slightly more expensive on a per glass basis than buying pre-made flavoured milk I found they lasted longer and can be used for more than one glass of milk. The flavour was definitely superior to the powdered milk flavourings I have tried before. My second straw was more cleverly managed and I got a nice balance of flavour and no milk left over afterward, although I did discover that rate of suction really does make a difference to flavour intensity. I found the straws to be a little bulkier than I liked, but the tastiness really outweighed any issues :)Boba pearls - Separately, cook the tapioca pearls. Once cooked, toss them in the hot strawberry syrup to make them sweet. If you made the syrup in advance, simply heat it up in a saucepan for a few minutes or microwave. Not only do Magic Milk Straws add sweet flavor to every sip of milk, but they're also nutritious. You can enjoy a delicious treat without any of the guilt associated with squirting half a bottle of Nesquik (along with a day's worth of sugar) into your milk. Stir before drinking: Sugar syrup is quite heavy, so it will fall to the bottom of the glass. Make sure you stir everything well before drinking the milk tea. Optional: cream – 2-3 tablespoons of cream on top will make the milk tea extra creamy and decadent. Homemade strawberry milk is made from your favorite milk, mixed with a simple syrup from pureed strawberries and sugar. That’s it! Fresh, real ingredients that you can feel good giving to your kids. Adults love it, too! It’s like a strawberry milkshake without a lot of fat and calories. Here’s what you need:

I wasn't quite sure what I was expecting with these straws... would they have powder that you tipped into milk? If it stayed in the straw how did that work? Were the straws themselves flavoured? This recipe uses fresh strawberries to make a simple 3-ingredient strawberry syrup (fresh strawberries, sugar, and water), which is then mixed with your favorite milk. It’s very easy and takes just 10 to 15 minutes to make. Answer: No. Magic Milk Straws are to be used once and then discarded. Some milk will remain inside the straw and you don't want that lying around for days and days! The ingredients are simple: strawberries, sugar, a bit of water, and a tall, cold glass of milk. The strawberries, sugar, and water simmer together to make strawberry syrup, and then you stir that into your milk, and you’re done. Overall, this boba drink is very light, fresh, and fragrant, and it tastes like sweet summer. Why this is a great boba recipe And if you went extra crazy at the farmers market and have way, way too many strawberries, stay tuned, I’ll be sharing a larger version of this recipe in the next few weeks. We’ve been making this recipe a lot over here. It’s perfect as an afternoon drink for the summer. We’ve also been making lots of milkshakes, as well as berry smoothies and this easy pineapple banana smoothie.

Hey, it’s strawberry season! My very favorite fruit season (except for maybe sweet cherry season), and the time when strawberries are so good and SO cheap (at least here in California) that I *always* end up buying way too many. First, please watch the video to the right. It explains the Burning Question feature and answers some common questions. I always have trouble drinking water. I just don’t like it and I’m all about flavor and fizz. With these water straws, it gives me just that! My favorite is the raspberry lemonade, but they are all so good! These straws are easy for on the go and the perfect drink for after a workout- which is when I usually have one!”

Homemade Strawberry Milk for One or Two Recipe Notes

I love using whole or 2 percent milk for this recipe, but feel free to use the milk of your choice as long as it is unsweetened (the syrup is already sweet enough).
