About this deal

This time Chaffy has strayed so far that he's fallen off the map altogether and into the weird and wonderful world of Fantastico Island. Can he find a job and survive in this crazy new modern world – and will anyone notice a dinosaur wandering around? Mango and Brash find themselves in all sorts of ridiculous situations which will have readers roaring with laughter and rereading again and again. Please don't class me as a journalist or blogger, more on the lines of talent scout and always backs the little guy.

Find Chaffy | Find ALL the Chaffies!

Rabbie let slip to Felix that it existed so we got a copy and I was conned into making two sets of those. Apologies for not posting last week, with lockdown easing I decided to do a trip up North to see the family (socially distant, of course) and then Greater Manchester went into lockdown while I was there and…yeah…fun times. Written as a diary and jam-packed with silly jokes, it’s difficult to see how anyone couldn’t love this! Adam Kayhas brought plenty of laughs to our house through his brilliant Kay’s Anatomywhere he takes us on a non-fiction journey through the body.We fell in love with Jamie Smart’s back in 2015 when Jamie launched Find Chaffy “Treasure Hunt” ever since we’ve been on the hunt to own one ourselves.

Many children love the accessibility of graphic novels but sometimes want something a little more serious. So, when we were up visiting Rabbie at Easter, her husband introduced Felix to ‘Find Chaffy’ by James Smart, a sort of incredibly cute and fluffy version of ‘Wheres Wally’. Join our community to get personalised book suggestions, extracts straight to your inbox, 10% off RRPs, and to change children’s lives. So therefore Captain Underpants is a must read for fans of Dog Man as it has all of the same brilliant building blocks that make Dog Man so readable. Instagram nutter rambling food addict who likes to take photos of everything I eat (most Asians do right?David Fickling Books has swooped for three titles in the latest series from Jamie Smart, whose Bunny vs Monkey books have become a slow-burn graphic novel hit. DFB commissioning editor Rosie Fickling acquired world all-language rights to the Max and Chaffy series from Jodie Hodges at United Agents.

The super-cute artwork is complemented by Jamie Smart’s wonderful sense of humour and elevated further by a beautifully sensitive core emotional story in each book. After a family tragedy, two children find their mum being taken by an unknown creature through a door in their basement. Skunky wants to TAKE OVER THE WOODS, and he's got his inventions to help him - like the OCTO-BOSH and the PIG CANNON! The humour in Dog Man is a huge part of its popularity so to keep that belly chuckling, we heartily recommend InvestiGatorsby John Patrick Green which follows two Alligator investigators (can you see how they got the name? Leave him for just a moment and you'll find that your house has flooded, a steam train has smashed into your living room and a portal to another dimension has opened in your loft.

When he realises that the world has changed a lot in the millions of years he’s been napping, he has to adapt quickly. Chaffies are small, round and cute creatures, with one and a half ears, who tend to get themselves lost all around the world.
