About this deal

Note: All of these electrical specifications were announced for the Japanese model, which likely only affects the AC outlets.

From a contractor’s perspective I’d prefer it used 2-4 XGT batteries, but I can see the appeal of only needing to carry and charge the one unit. I haven’t notice it to be a real problem – it balanced itself during longer usage and finally all batteries where evenly discharged :). Anyway, since Inverters usually have overdischarge protection set for lead acid batteries on around 10,5V – and since we need to add at least 1V for buck converter – this is not the case here. I have a 1000W its runs my 500W drill, but the 500W angle grinder has a spaz attack till it gets enough start speed. In all honestly a 300w inverter should do the job but if someone is able to clarify this and abit of information about it that would be great.

Easy to Use- It's really easy to use, just horizontally plug the makita battery into the power inverter, and long press white button for 0. Battery Compatibility- This power supply inverter only works for Makita 18V lithium batteries, such as BL1815 BL1820B BL1830 BL1830B BL1840 BL1840B BL1850 BL1850B BL1860 etc. Whether you bought into Makita’s cordless systems or not, is this something you would ***act*** to your kit? The main switch is the white button, which will light up green when pressed, and the red button is the light switch. Does Makita, or anyone else, make a box that you plug 2-4 (or whatever) batteries into and out comes 120v?Whether you bought into Makita’s cordless systems or not, is this something you would add to your kit?
