Compatible with catalytic converters (CAT), diesel particulate filters (DPF) and all types of fuels; petrol, leaded or unleaded, ethanol, LPG, diesel and biofuels. This is about the APE. It has been serviced. After 200 miles it is now down 0.5 litre. It has never lost a drop in 18K. I'm hoping it wasn't "topped off" at the end of the change. Otherwise I've got a problem.

I'm extremely happy, with that being said, I don't know if my transmission is in the norm. I think the previous owner may not have been very experienced with manuals and ground some gears (see pictures). Took a few photos so here's how it went. First time working on this car. First of all got the car on the ramps (after a morning coffee run to get the oil warm). The sump bung is rear facing so I drove her on face forwards.

Oil filter then removed and new filter fitted with new o ring (oiled with some fresh oil). After the oil service I wanted to remove the battery and clean up the terminals as it seems it's been leaking at the negative terminal. In some cars you loose the alarm codes when the battery is removed and they have to be reprogrammed (my old bmw does this, very annoying!).
