The aim of the routines is not to push your baby through the night without a feed, but to ensure that by structuring the feeding and sleeping during the day, your baby’s night-time waking will be kept to a minimum. For new parents and parents-to-be who like having a step-by-step schedule as a guideline for baby routines, this book would be perfect for you. Leaving a newborn to 'wait' blackout rooms, avoid eye contact, timed feeding are all determental to bonding.
