If like me you enjoy Stacey Dooley’s documentaries then you’ll enjoy the style of her writing and this book, I liked the focus on the mental health crisis, even though I was aware of a lot of the issues, it’s still an eye opening and quite upsetting read at points, using input from people with mental health issues and professionals, this book is a great insight and important read.It’s also important for people to understand that when conversations happen, they do make a difference.
