This blend includes a stronger 'gunpowder' green tea which you'll see as dark, almost black rolled leaves. We've chosen a tasty Ceylon as the base for this one, and its decaffeinated using the CO2 process to keep as much flavour as possible. The tasty richness of an Indian Assam tea blended with light, fresh Ceylon tea means our English Breakfast is a perfectly balanced, malty classic. They're big and they're tasty; kept in tact to preserve their flavour and picked by a real person at just the right time. Back in 2012, armed with a few sharpies, a stash of foil bags, and the occasional hand-stitched tea bag; Aideen bought, tasted and packed the tea, whilst Phil sold and delivered it. But it's still fairly light and ever-so-slightly-sweet, so you'll be able to reach for it slightly earlier than your usual tipple.Also, because it's made of borosilicate glass it's tough, and you can see exactly what's going on inside.
