The comfort level of these headphones is very good, it took a month or two to break them in and after that, they sit on my head and i never feel the need to adjust them. Over the hot summer, i did take them off and have sweaty cups, but that just wiped off. They are light enough not to dig into your head and as they have a cushion they feel very comfortable. Presumably because of the price these headphones are going for, there is no NFC function to allow one-tap-pairing with your NFC enabled smartphone or player. Thus, you would have to do it the old-fashion way by turning on the Bluetooth on your device and pairing the Hesh 3 manually. Please note that your device should automatically connect to the headphones for the subsequent connections if Bluetooth is activated on both the source device and headphones. Sound quality is good for the price but the bass definitely dominates the audio spectrum and even intrudes into the mids. But, for casual listeners, this won’t matter much. Highs are extended and exciting without being sibilant. For the money, the Skullcandy Hesh 3 are great over-ear wireless headphones for the price. You won’t find any fancy features like multipoint pairing or noise cancellation but Skullcandy's wireless headphone really nails the basics. Skullcandy is light on accessories here. There's a micro USB charging cable and a 3.5mm audio cable, both of which connect to the right earcup. Though there's no included tote or case, the earcups do swivel and fold down into a compact size for easy stowing. One of the side effects of this type of construction is limited isolation. While I haven’t experience any issues with music playing, when simply walking around wearing the Hesh 3 it’s clear they don’t cut out any more than high-frequency sound. Overall these headphones are an excellent buy, they have a good sound, excellent battery life, and look as good as new even though they have been used daily for almost a year.The Hesh 3 don’t stand out like the Method Wireless do in their class, but they’re enjoyable, if not the smoothest headphones around.

The Skullcandy Hesh 3’s design is more grown-up. These headphones are best described as minimalist, looking similar to Sony’s full-size units. I also use these for mowing the grass and when I’m doing things around the house like vacuuming, etc. I started looking at Bose and Beats, but to me they both seemed to be overpriced and more hype than anything else. I had always heard of Skullcandy, but never actually tried them. Attention fellow spectacle wearers! Despite the ear pads clamping your glasses to your temples, there’s no pain or discomfort at all. The over-ear headphones are mainly plastic with a metal headband. Build quality is subpar (more about that later). The ear cups, however, boast a modern matte finish that both looks and feels good, and not being a fingerprint magnet is a big plus. The young, cool vibe the device exudes is designed to go with the casual look. Buttons Bose earpads feel less durable, BUT, they are the comfort winner. If you have money and want to buy a light, comfy headphones, go for it. Sony are the 2nd best in these models.

The treble has an unfortunate side-effect, though: it magnifies hiss and digital noise. There’s a frequency spike in the upper registers. It doesn’t sit in the same register that causes sibilance, but it does highlight digital noise introduced by either the Bluetooth transmission or the DAC. It could be either, but since the Hesh 3 don’t support the higher-quality aptX codec, it could well be the Bluetooth stream at fault. Auch für Brillenträger geeignet! They seem to be holding up very nicely and every so often I will wipe them down with a baby wipe to keep them clean. Another nice feature is being able to touch a button on the side of the headphones and answer your phone. I have even answered my phone with it 20 ft away from me and still was able to hold a conversation as if I was holding my phone. The Skullcandy Hesh 3 pairs well with neutral or dark sounding sources to give the headphones a little more bass if that’s your thing. On the other hand, the tightness gives a great seal, so the isolation is top notch. Ear pads are soft and good quality, although heat does build inside up when worn for long periods. They sound better than the JBL E55BT, Sony XB-650BT and Motorola Escape Pulse+, offering cleaner bass or better mid-range clarity. Or both. In terms of a feature set, the Skullcandy Hesh 3 are a basic pair of headphones: You won’t find active noise cancellation, auto play/pause, or multipoint Bluetooth here. It’s annoying that the Hesh 3 can’t connect simultaneously to two devices at once but it’s par for the course in this price range. Am cumparat aceste casti in noiembrie 2018. Prima pereche s-a rupt dupa aproximativ un an si jumatate(unul din bratele care sustinea cupele s-a rupt). Le-am trimis in garantie si am primit o pereche noua, din cate am inteles a fost o problema intampinata de mai multi utilizatori, fiind generata de calitate inferioara a plasticului folosit in componenta. Totul fain, astazi, dupa vreo 8-9 luni de utilizare, mi s-a rupt banda de plastic prin care poti regla castile(de la a doua pereche), castile nemaifiind in garantie. If you’ve got small ears then this is unlikely to be a problem. This is one instance when it might be wise to try before you buy.
