The handle can be extended, both for storage purposes and to make the Powerglide more comfortable to push around regardless of how tall (or small) you are. Cleaning hard floors isn’t a fun job, with a mop sometimes leaving floors far too wet with a risk of damage to more delicate surfaces. Opting for a mechanical cleaner is the way to overcome such issues, with the battery-powered AirCraft Powerglide a good example. All I can say is this that this is how companies should be run. A steam cleaner can do a good job, alongside offering the versatility for cleaning other areas, but it can leave streaks. Plus, steam isn’t ideal for all surfaces. However Lakeland replaced this without hesitation. There were more problems with the sudden loss of power but the customer support team from AirCraft were superb and Shane, Chris and James could not have been more helpful. Since then there have been no further problems and the machine is easy to use and does it's job very efficiently A set of spare pads was offered for the inconvenience - great sevice. If it had not been for the glitch at the start this would have been a 5* review. There’s no cable to get tangled in and it’s easy to spray water, as the controls are located near the handle. A handy light on the floor head guides you, should you venture into dark crevices or under furniture, and the product can stand up on its own when you’re done - no need to lean it against any walls.

All I had to do was box it up and take it to the post office, which is literally across the road from me. They took about 5 working days and viola it was delivered, all fixed to me.

The product itself is amazing and such a help cleaning areas large and small - does an excellent job!! The customer service is absolutely amazing - I recently broke a part of my AirCraft and although it was out of warranty they collected it and fixed it free of charge and all done within 5 days!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
