A picture is shown of each stage & basic monsters - but not much else. I would've liked to see a few larger screenshots from the games. Bosses & interesting scenery are mentioned often, but the picture of them is so tiny it's difficult to make out details.

This likewise help differentiate Sonic and Eggman in how they treat their allies: the rookie grows and becomes a hero, while Infinite is betrayed ( supposedly) by Eggman due to failling him too much. Authority Sounds Deep: Has a deep, commanding, echoing voice, and is clearly one of the powerhouses of Eggman's army. The book states " You'll need to either navigate a maze and battle Fang before the time runs out or collect eighty Rings with the Tornado within a strict time limit." In the actual game, however, the player battles Fang after completing either variation of the Special Stage, not only the maze one.

Exotic Eye Designs: The mask and Phantom Ruby give him a golden pupil with red sclera. When not wearing the mask, he has a blue eye and a yellow eye.
