About this deal
If your RAM is not detected by iCUE and restarting your PC does not resolve this issue, the problem might be because of a software conflict. If you run other software that controls RGB and hardware components, it might cause Corsair interface drivers to deactivate. Please note that your RAM will continue to operate as normal even if it is not detected in iCUE. Its functionality will not be affected beyond being able to the change the RGB settings. If you need help verifying the location of this option in BIOS, reach out to your motherboard manufacturer. The next thing you want to do is uninstall any conflicting software. If you do not want to uninstall the software, try deactivating the RGB controls in the conflicting software. First, if your motherboard has an SPD Write option, make sure it is enabled. If this option is not enabled, iCUE will not be able to communicate with your RAM. Most motherboards have SPD Write enabled by default, but some motherboards will require you to enable it in BIOS, such as the ASUS Z690.
