About this deal

The watch looks sleek and stylish since they copied the Submariner design. You can use this kind of designs for casual and formal events and work. If you are one of those people who wanted to buy the Submariner but is low on budget, this watch is the best option you have. The availability of the Pro Diver 8926OB is also worth noting. It can be easily found through authorized retailers, both online and in physical stores, ensuring a consistent supply and eliminating long waiting times or limited availability. The Seiko SKX007 shares many similarities with the Invicta Pro Diver, including its stainless steel construction, automatic movement, and water resistance. Both watches also feature a unidirectional rotating bezel and a date window. However, the SKX007 has a slightly smaller case size at 42mm compared to the Pro Diver's 40mm, which may appeal to those with smaller wrists. The best part of the watch is probably the main reason you’re considering it – the 40mm Sub case. Finding a watch that executes the traditional Rolex Submariner case to a high degree is a journey that most watch enthusiasts will find themselves on at some point. Plenty of microbrands offers sub cases and a whole mess of microbrands do as well. When comparing these two watches then you end up not actually comparing the individual features of the watch, but rather the execution of them.

All in all, my wearing experience couldn’t have been better as the Invicta Pro Diver makes it an excellent everyday wearable. The dial is made of a mineral glass which protects the watches chronograph display. The display also features a date indicator with a magnified window. The watch also features luminescent hands which will make it easier to read in the dark.

That is why, in defence of the Invicta, I would like to point out that while the bracelet suffers in comparison with the Rolex it is very much in line with other watches of that price segment. Bracelet and the clasp is where things fall apart. Watch uses hollow links and the same holds true for the end-links. The clasp is thin and stamped and not in the charming way of a vintage Rolex. The Invicta Pro Diver also comes 200m (660ft) water-resistant. I haven’t tried it out in the water yet, but swimming or snorkeling shouldn’t be a problem with this watch. However, taking it deep down for diving might not be the best of decisions.

Key Features

From my own experience, I can say that the Invicta 8926OB is definitely worth purchasing, especially considering the unbelievable price that gets you a Submariner lookalike with an NH35 automatic caliber. For the price, the watch offers more than you can wish for. And although I have worn it for only a couple of weeks, the whole construction and the prestige of the caliber suggests a long lifetime. But Invicta does not just copy watches, they also copy the boxes they are sent out in. To find more about this you can google their Plasticase lawsuit. Here Invicta was, allegedly, sent multiple possible case designs they had commissioned only to reject them and then use the designs to produce them cheaper elsewhere. Having seen the pictures of the original box and the copy of Invicta I have to say that I believe their talents in copying boxes way surpass those of copying watches. Watch has the name Invicta engraved deeply on the non-crown side which is ironically one of the only creative inputs by Invicta into this design and simultaneously the worst looking part of the entire watch. Before summing up my thoughts on the pro diver I feel like this is important to touch upon. Learning how the sausage gets made, while uncomfortable, may play a factor in whether you want to buy this watch. That is because Invicta is like the sweatshop of the watch industry.

When it comes to comparable watches for the Invicta Pro Diver (Reference: 8926OB), there are a few options that stand out in terms of style, quality, and affordability. One such option is the Seiko SKX007, a renowned dive watch that has gained a cult following among watch enthusiasts. if joy per dollar spent were a factor, these are top watches. they shouldn’t be judged by all the other cr*p Invicta puts out. judged on their own, if you want a great spec, classic style sub that looks good (yes, except for the engraved ‘invicta’ on the side), then this is totally worth it.For a mid-range watch, mineral crystal provides better quality than glass and acrylic which can easily shatter. Mineral crystals are break resistant but get scratches easily so you should be careful about where you put and touch with this watch. Though it is not as durable as the sapphire crystal, it’s good for its price. In the introduction, I asked three questions regarding the Invicta Pro Diver – is it good enough, will it last long enough, and is it worth buying? The 8926 and 8926OB use a Seiko Instruments Inc (SII) Caliber NH35A. This is a very reliable movement that’s found in many watch brands. Though it is really a good product for its price, there are a lot of people giving hate on Invicta since they copied the look of the Rolex Submariner. If you look at it in a business setting, they could get sued for doing this. One of the most appealing aspects of the Invicta Pro Diver 8926OB is its affordability. Priced in the mid-range category, it offers exceptional value for money compared to other luxury timepieces on the market. With its high-quality construction and reliable performance, this watch provides an affordable entry point into the world of automatic watches without compromising on style or functionality.

If you have a preference for one or the other, that should be your main decision-making reason. This is one of my preferred models as I think it looks the most stunning, to be honest. The blue on the dial really makes the watch stands out, and I’d say they’ve done a pretty good job with their two-tone finish on the watch. It’s classed as a unisex watch but keep in mind it is 40mm which is fairly large for a women’s watch. This model has an automatic Japanese movement and 200m water resistance as you’d expect from their Pro Diver series. The watch has Seiko NH35A Automatic Self Winding Movement. This is a 24-jewel movement where the second-hand stops when you set the time. Because of this, it will be much better synchronization. Canvas Strap Copying and riding the design of another expensive watch is like plainly stealing and it just shows that they don’t have unique designs that can help the company stand out from other watch models. The watch strap is a standard fold over clasp with a fold over safety as seen in one of the images below.
