Yes, the traditionalists have the option of some classic FootJoy shoes in the Premiere Series range, but in the more athletic shoes like the FootJoy Fuel and this new Hyperflex range, the design team has been given a bit more freedom to experiment with colors. With this in mind, you get the feeling that this shoe has been designed by serious golfers, for serious golfers. An enhanced range of motion is delivered through OptiFlex zones which ensure maximum ground contact.Although it's hard to test the benefits of this on the scorecard, you can certainly feel the difference from the regular HyperFlex - I suppose then it's just down to preference on how firm you like your golf shoes. As a newly owner of true links myself (have the all day ripstop at 10oz) and having and still using a fj hyperflex, i am just curious.
