As someone who uses their iPad frequently it was great to get a proper stand, as opposed to the cardboard box I was using. This stand is great to look at and really feels like a premium product. While it’s nice to see 4K 60Hz support with the HDMI port, you’re capped at 5 Gbps with the USB 3.0 Type-A port and 104 MB/s with the UHS-I SD and micro SD card slots. You can't go wrong with Satcehi products. And when I had a need for a stand - I thought of them immediately. And I have not been disappointed. In fact - I'm a little surprised at how how versatile this one is. The hinges are firm and take a bit of force to adjust, helping to ensure that your iPad isn’t going anywhere while you’re using it. Because of the open nature of the mount you can place your iPad in portrait and landscape mode.
