Noir? Really? I didn't find anything noir about it. I wasn't impressed with this perfume on first introduction. The name really threw me off - i was expecting a rich, dark intoxicating elixir and what i got was not that. Elegant, yet not as dark as the name and appearance suggest, this beautiful creation is surprisingly wearable. Rose Noir starts with a powerful citrusy blast, and gradually settles down into a deep mossy scent with a bit of powdery sweetness, it's woody and floral and notes are well blended. It is an authentic green, mossy rose. The overall impression is of a mossy, woodsy glade where you've gone to be alone for a little romance with your lover.
