In the end I still give this 3 stars as it should perform reasonable on both Windows and Mac. (IMO) If you are only using Mac than this would be 4 stars. Also the random read and write are simply just sad slow compared to other drives. Where this can be felt is loading a large Premier project with lots of little video clips. In my testing it took at least double the time to load the same project compared to the T3 or 850 Pro. I always use Sandisk Pro SD, microSD and Pro USB pen keys. I use them in mobile phones, cameras and with my computer and TV. They perform brilliantly. I can typically copy from my laptop onto an Extreme Pro USB at 220Mbps! Great for such a small device. The test read speed of Kingston DataTraveler 100 G3 is 138 MB/s and the write speed is 48 MB/s. It doesn’t have that high speed as the above two USB flash drives, but it is cheap and fast enough for normal use. Grab and go without worrying about everyday wear and tear thanks to an elegant yet durable aluminum metal casing.

Compré esta memoria USB en mayo del 2020, por unos 54 euros, actualmente ya ha bajado a entre 35 y 40 euros, en su momento era 3.1, ahora es 3.2. Las velocidades que dice que se alcanzan en el anuncio son reales, tal cual, pero solamente se alcanzan en archivos grandes, lógicamente, ya que cuando son archivos pequeños, la transición entre un archivo y otro hace perder velocidad, algo que ocurre con todas las memorias, pero aún así la velocidad es muy rápida. Ho aspettato prima di scrivere questa recensione perchè volevo testare questo ssd ultra compatto per bene, dico ssd perchè non si può assolutamente paragonare alle normali penne usb da 8/10€.
