Hose-end sprayers are an affordable way to improve the efficiency of applying pesticides, weed control, and fertilizers to yards, trees, landscaping, and gardens. Here’s a breakdown of the advantages of these handy tools. For applying nematodes to larger areas i.e. over 200 sqm or for regular nematode application, use a Nematode Applicator. I have some bottles with a little measuring dispenser built in, and it would be so nice to squeeze a dose into the watering can, rather than a spoonful and then having to swirl it round for ages to get it to dissolve. While we couldn’t get a full sense of the longevity of each nozzle during our six weeks of testing, we did notice which nozzles looked like they were starting to wear down and those that looked as good as new. The only section that’s made of plastic is the pattern selector, which in our experience is usually the weakest part structurally and prone to break.
