Toralei has orange skin (or fur), with a darker orange spot around her eye. She has dark orange tiger stripes running up her right arm and left leg and four on her face. She sports an "emo" styled hairdo, her bangs being longer than her actual hair. She has green eyes, and her pupils are catlike slits. Toralei, unhappy that she has been suspended from the Fearleading Team for cheating, takes revenge on the other fearleaders and tells Spectra that there is a case of were-fleas around Monster High. When she tells Clawdeen about it, Clawdeen, angered by that blatant lie about her and her siblings, causes the fearleaders to fall into the Monster High outdoor pool and be electrocuted by Frankie, much to Toralei's own amusement. Fans can collect the other Monster High™ ghouls to play out their stories with the whole creeptastic crew! Each sold separately, subject to availability.
Casta thanks Toralei for the distraction, and promises that she'll imagine her flying around every time she sings 'Witching Hour'. Toralei is too dazed to care, and collapses to the floor. Casta flies around to wave to her fans, and sees the boys asking to be transformed into a creature. Never one to disappoint her fans, she fires a transformation spell towards them, and they turn into... teeny tiny love bugs with teenier tinier top hats. In " Scream Building", she stands up for the fearleaders when Cleo critiques them, but it seems like it was more about taking Cleo down a peg. She is an opportunist and a manipulator, whose clique of followers never speak for themselves and do her bidding. She causes a lot of trouble for the ghouls, whether it's by revealing their secret routine to their fearleading rivals, texting rumors about them or spreading dissent by playing to people's insecurities. Not invited to Draculaura's Sweet 1600th Birthday celebration, Toralei plans revenge by disguising her voice as Draculaura's to lure an old flame of Draculaura's from Transylvania, Valentine, to Monster High to help with breaking Draculaura's heart to add to his collection. When Toralei learns of the other ghouls asking C.A. Cupid for help with stopping Valentine, she throws off Cupid's shot, so Cupid and Clawd fall in love with each other instead. When the other ghouls attempt to break Cupid's bow to free Cupid and Clawd from its spell, Toralei steals it and begins to make students fall in love with whatever they see first. Toralei is finally disarmed of the bow by Frankie, Lagoona, and Abbey after being distracted by Clawdeen and left dangling above the Pit of Eternal Body Odor. Her grip finally gives out, causing both her and Valentine to plunge into the Pit and then get ejected from the party by Cleo's bouncers. As a final insult, Valentine uses her as a human shield to avoid being splashed with muddy water by Draculaura and Clawd as they drive off in Draculaura's new car, leaving her seething with fury. Headless Headmistress Bloodgood says that they must do what Nefera de Nile says to win Monster Mashionals, which doesn't end well at all. Nefera de Nile presents several terrible routines, and then after delivering a speech about how she could never lead them...replaces the squad with Toralei Stripe and the were-cat twins, Purrsephone and Meowlody. Neferamore Stone Alone": Deuce was permitted by his mothers to go camping with Manny, Finnegan, Frankie, and Cleo. However, Deuce is being supervised by two of his big sisters because they believe he is not ready to experience camping by himself, as they treat him like a baby gorgon. Then, Deuce found out that they were sabotaging him and walked far away from them in anger. Suddenly, his sisters and the rest of the Boo Crew are surrounded by the ghost chasm and they yell for Deuce's help. Deuce then got his sisters to trust him and his camping experience so he can save them and the Boo Crew from the ghost chasm.

The Headmistress then asks about the potion and the witch objects Toralei was carrying. Frankie and Clawdeen respond that, since Mortimer accumulates many things, he could have brought the witch stuff after the last dragon migration. Bloodgood asks Toralei if this is true, the latter claims the witch stuff aren't hers and wants to tell it is Draculaura's, but when she sees the latter behind the stage, Toralei realizes she can't let what almost happened to her happen to the vampire girl, so she lies that she found the witchcraft objects in the dragon's den. The Headmistress genuinely apologizes to Toralei. Since a ghost hauting the school is not a student, they can't expel them. Catarina, instead of being happy and relieved Toralei is not a witch, tells her daughter off for making her come to the school "for no reason", then she drives all her attention to another phone call, which hurts Toralei deeply. The M.P.A. members leave, Draculaura hugs her father and thanks him for helping her. Dracula claims he will now fight to change the rules about witchcraft so Draculaura won't have to hide anymore, it won't be easy, but he is well respected, and will do everything to make his daughter happy. Medusa hugs Deuce and apologizes for not telling him about the talisman before, so the two leave with Lyra. Apollo comments it was fun to meet the monster world, but prefers to have his children visiting him in the human world. The Wolf family hug, but are interrupted by students wanting to eat Apollo, so Clawd saves him.Because more time was spent on character development in the first movie, we don't learn much about the various monsters in this one. Unfortunately, Toralei overhears this and instantly decides she should be the prime beneficiary of Gigi's remaining powers. Monster Movie": Lagoona wanted to make a movie based on her real life, so she becomes a director for her movie with Draculaura playing as her and Deuce playing as the love of her life. However, the Boo Crew are requesting to make some changes for her movie, making Lagoona bite some of the furniture out of anger. After finishing the movie, Twyla talked to Lagoona about how she is feeling, which Lagoona explained that she has a case of the chomps, where her family once had an argument with each other and started chomping things. Now that she felt better thanks to Twyla, Lagoona must stand up to herself and fix her movie without chomping. Her and her cousins Purrsephone and Meowlody are a part of The Hissfits. On nights in, Toralei likes to create songs for the band in her journal.

Apollo is excited to meet him and asks him about monster cameras, but Dracula is still very sad. He tells Apollo what happened, but saying its his "friend" whose daughter is doing something dangerous, instead of liking the same things as him, he is worried this will ruin her future and asks what his "friend" (him actually) should do. Apollo confesses that when Clawdeen came to Monster High, he was scared too, believing such life would be dangerous for her. But she loves living with monsters, and he has never seen her so happy before. His daughter's hapiness is more important to Apollo than his fear, and tells Dracula that what his "friend's" daughter is doing can be safer if he helps her.
