What I appreciated most about this book was the way it challenged me to rethink my own beliefs and assumptions about myself that ultimately led me to a greater sense of clarity and self-awareness. I recently read "Everything You'll Ever Need You Can Find Within Yourself" by Charlotte Freeman, and I found it to be an inspiring and empowering book. In 2015, Charlotte decided to chase her true calling. She left her job and embarked on a new academic journey, studying graphic design full time. The fusion of her love for writing, community building, and graphic design began to pave the way for what Momentary Happiness would become. Reading this book right after I’ve finished therapy and officially terminated with my therapist was honestly so rewarding. Reading this kind of poetry book as a healed version of myself was a feeling I’d never thought I’d be able to experience. (shoutout to my therapist for the amazing work she did with me! I miss her big time already 😭) The feeling is truly indescribable. 🥹
