Using it for a customer they were very happy with product as was myself, very easy to fit and was completed in just 20 mins. Glass is of a good thinkness and very easy to adjust to screen up or down by using the screws which are found at top and bottom of frame. All Merlyn Series 10 Showerwall's come with a wall profile as standard. An optional stabilising bar is available and r ecommended for all screens 900mm and over. Merlyn Series 10 Showerwall wet room shower screens are highly versatile and can be installed in many configurations including, One panel in a corner, One panel in an alcove, Walk through (with the use of two optional floor to ceiling posts), and with two panels in a corner to create a walk in enclosure. What can I say it is what it states on the tin, a lovely heavy quality piece that arrived on time and not damaged totally changes the look of our wet room and we love it, very easy to clean and to install and worth every penny. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend product or company! When cleaned correctly it helps prevent the build up of limescale and soap deposits making the shower glass “Easy to Clean”.

Moreover, opting a shower somewhat than a bath is that you don'trequire a lot of room, which is superb if your bathroom is on the mini-side. I neednt have worried...this screen feels bulletproof & the simple design works really well in our bathroom & provides secure seal over our bath. I have every confidence its as childproof & safe as we need it to be! Simple & effective bath screen. Really good price. Looks good, appears sturdy. Easy to install. Does not look or feel cheap in any way. Would definitely recommend.

Accessibility & Space:Shower screens will obviously vary in length to suit your requirements. If your bath is long or your shower is extremely strong, a wider screen will be beneficial to reduce water splash as well making it look smarter. However, if your bath is smaller or your shower doesn’t create too much mess, you might be able to get away with a smaller screen. Most shower screens offer some type of manoeuvrability whether that’s the ability to swing on the hinge or completely fold away. Screens that swing inwards or outwards make cleaning and accessibility much easier; however, you need sufficient space for the screen to swing which isn’t always available. On the other hand a folding screen doesn’t require any extra space as it folds into itself essentially, this is fantastic for accessibility, but cleaning and looks may be slightly compromised in comparison to a regular screen. I needed a screen in the bathroom because using a curtain allowed a lot of water to run around the edge of the bath a spill out onto the floor. The screen prevents this from happening. There is a small amount of water that splashes off the user, but this is easily prevented from getting onto the floor by using the shower curtain across the end of the screen. Stabilising Bar- Recommended for all screens 900mm & over. for use to stabilise the screen against the fitting wall. 1000mm can be trimmed to size. Delivery timescales & after sales service were excellent. Although not the best at DIY we were able to fit this ourselves with minimal effort despite having to remove an existing fixture & work with difficult grooved tiles. We did however use our own sliightly bigger screws instead of those suplied. The screen is well made and looks great.it took two of us to fit it because we are older and couldn't support the screen and put in the fixings alone.
