About this deal

This book is one of the most popular book in Britain! Not many books have lots of pictures, and funny bold words, and this book does! I've read all Tom Gates books, which are all fantastic, especially this book. I think this book is very funny.

The eleventh title in the bestselling series, from the brilliantly talented Liz Pichon. Here's my EXCELLENT PLAN to make MY band the BEST band in t...A new girl has moved in next door — a girl who hates him and keeps pulling faces. His grandparents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and Uncle Kevin thinks it would be a great idea to get a family portrait taken. Tom doesn’t. And as usual, Delia is being very grumpy. Year 5 or 6 kids will love What Lexie Didby Emma Shevah, in which Lexie negotiates her way in a big Greek Cypriot family, while the books in the Nothing To See Here Hotelseries feature a hilarious family (complete with a troll gran in the attic) that run a hotel for monsters. For more funny books And finally, start marking your calendar, because @janesetheridgecame up with one to watch: 'It's not out until April, but I'd recommend Planet Omar by Zanib Mian, illustrated by Nadaya Mafaridik.' We can't wait!

We’ve created a series of cross-curricular lesson plans specifically to allow teachers to lead curriculum-linked Tom Gates lessons in the classroom. Each lesson plan comes with printable activity sheets and contains everything you need to cover the whole Tom Gates series with your class. I have probably read this book before some years before (no idea) but I read it anyway and it's 3 stars! (To be fair I rate all the kiddy books I read 3 stars)Readers are introduced to Tom’s best mate Derek, who is also his neighbour, and band mate in the cool band Dog Zombies! We meet Tom’s grumpy older sister Delia, who is on the receiving end of a lot of Tom’s cheeky and audacious pranks. Not forgetting Tom’s annoying arch enemy - Marcus, who he has to sit next to everyday in class… Tom navigates all the ups and downs of growing up, making friends, getting through school and avoiding as much homework as possible! THIS book is FULL of EXCELLENT stories to make you LAUGH! Oakfield Town is having a PARADE and everyone wants to take part. ESPECIALLY Marcus (no surprise there). Mum and Dad have left Delia in charge, which is NEVER a good idea. And I find out that trying to have a sneaky scoop of caramel ice cream doesn't end well. BUT at least my doodling is as SPECTACULAR as ever.
