About this deal

For simplicity, I will call the OG Another Another, the spin-off Episode S, and this sequel 2001. 2001 follows the events and characters from both Another and Episode S, so please don’t skip Episode S even though it's only a spin-off. In fact (spoiler: Episode S) Episode S and 2001 share the same protagonist - Sou Hiratsuka. Now he is, unfortunately, in class 3-3 after entering Yomiyama North Middle School. The author actually wrote in the afterword of Episode S he considered it to be a sequel instead of a spin-off. But since the story did not really continue from what’s left off of Another, he had to compromise with the publisher to call it a spin-off. Another (上)" (in Japanese). Kadokawa Shoten. Archived from the original on June 3, 2016 . Retrieved August 18, 2023.

In the original novel, Kouichi was a target of bullying at his previous school in Tokyo due to his last name "Sakakibara" being the same as a real life middle school murderer from Kobe. On the other hand, he shows a slight cruelness to Mochizuki. Also, none of them appear in the live-action film. However, there's a character with some similarities with Takako. My main problem with this novel was that it was very repetitive. For one, I felt like I read the same explanations and read the same conversations over and over again, with only slight variations in scene and characters involved. For another, the novel constantly reminded us of character names and who they were, and explaining concepts we were already well introduced to. This was okay at first, as there are a lot of characters, but after the halfway point it grew tiresome. I read the afterword and it explained that this was first serialised in different magazine issues then collated into a novel, which explains why the author was constantly catching up the reader, but this should've been trimmed when it was transformed from serialization to full length novel. Kouichi watches in utter horror as the boat hits Junta, cutting him up and sending him flying. Kouichi, still horrified, looks at Katsumi, who remembers where he hid it, in the classroom. Kouichi went in the class trip. He, along with Naoya and Yuuya, took Mei's side when Izumi blamed her for the deaths. Mei invites him in her room to show her the graduation photo of 1972, which it faintly shows Misaki Yomiyama. Kouichi said that he found that photo in a room Reiko Mikami usually used.It should be noted that claims primarily seeking compensation or specific performance against a landlord regarding disrepair to the structure, exterior, or specific installations of a property should be made via the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 section 11 (LTA 1985) (as amended by the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018). A declaration from the court regarding the landlord being in breach (as a precursor to the tenant carrying out the repairs themselves);

In episode 12 it is hinted why Kouichi does not remember going to Yomiyama a year and a half ago. The reason for his coming is Reiko's funeral and thus his memory of going there and meeting Izumi Akazawa is altered. It is also revealed that he knew about Reiko's double life as his aunt and assistant homeroom teacher to his class Reiko told him this when she was stating the rules on the class to him and the last one was to refer to her as Ms. Mikami, never Reiko. This also explains why Kouichi was embarrassed and unwilling to go with the others on Reiko being hot and Yuuya asking him on her was very minimal. Also, they needed to explain better why the students didn't all leave the town en mass, and what was the consequences of telling others about the phenomena. There had to be consequences to both to make students stay in the city. Circumstances for some could explain it away, but I'm sure after a ton of accidents it wouldn't be hard to convince families to move away for six months/a year until the school year was over- or to even send their child to live with family out of town. a b "Another" (in Japanese). Kadokawa Pictures. Archived from the original on June 22, 2017 . Retrieved November 7, 2017.Although there is no duty on landlords to do so (per Rogerson v Bolsover DC [2019] EWCA Civ 226), landlords would be advised to carry out semi-regular visits to properties, to maintain communications with tenants to try to identify any areas of concern before they arise, and to consider including a term in agreements that state how notice should be given if required by tenants. DPA 1972 section 4 extended the protected persons category to all those who should have been in the landlord’s contemplation as likely to suffer injury because of the landlord’s failure to repair. Section 4 also extended the landlord’s liability from cases where they had an obligation to repair to also include those where they only had a right to repair. In the manga, when Reiko asked him about the club he was joining in his previous school, he replied by saying 'Cooking Club'. Because of his father who can't cook, he has to cook for his family. One day, Yomiyama North Middle School lost a beloved member of the infamous Class 3-3. The students were so heartbroken by this loss, they carried on pretending as if she were still alive. Unknown to the students, they have unintentionally invited the spirits of the dead into their school by treating the dead as if they were still alive. Another 2001 centers around one fourteen-year-old boy going by the name Sou. Hiratsuka Sou. Considering a lot of personal family issues, he hates being called 'Hiratsuka' so a majority of the characters refer to him by his given name (aside from teachers, adults, unfamiliar students, or strangers). You'll learn that Sou has a lot to him to his personality to personal issues to trauma and PTSD from past events in his life. He's a very complicated character, but he's very mature, reserved, and introverted. He cares for others, but he doesn't tend to let that show so bluntly, or he does it and doesn't think much of it; being kind is sometimes a reflex to him that he doesn't realize is stepping out of the way to help somebody. In addition to that, it might be because of his struggle to show emotions. If he doesn't care, he simply doesn't! Sou is very simple, but at the same time, not.

For local authorities, the above obligations also apply to a secure tenancy for a fixed term of seven years or more granted by a public authority that meets Housing Act 1985 section 80(1). keep in repair the structure and exterior of the dwelling-house (including drains, gutters and external pipes); There is one thing I particularly liked in 2001, which wasn’t elaborated much in Another, is (spoiler: Another) how memory manipulation is operated. Can’t explain too much without spoiling but it’s certainly intriguing. Also considering (spoiler: Episode S), the protagonist’s history that he already has his fair share of psychological issues with memory and such. It gives an edgier touch to the story, if not more psychedelic and trippy. is way more brutal than Another, not only because of gore as like before, but the dynamics of the whole class as well. The collective fear is intense and traumatising. There are moments where the students’ reactions to the incident are actually more horrifying than the incident itself. It’s a great psychological ride that will certainly keep you on the edge of your seat as like Another.Junta Nakao says that he'll go and get it, but goes limp. Kouichi and Katsumi try go to save him, but can't because a speedboat comes out from behind the mountain. Noizi Itou, the original character designer of Another is also the original character designer of Shakugan no Shana, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya. The claimant’s appeal to the Court of Appeal was allowed. In contrast to the requirement for actual or constructive notice to have been given to the landlord in claims under LTA 1985, it was ruled that the claimant was relieved of that obligation in claims under DPA 1972. The Court ruled that it simply had to be shown that there was a failure on the part of the landlord to “take such care as is reasonable in all the circumstances” to see that the claimant is reasonably safe from personal injury, with this duty being owed if the landlord “ought in all the circumstances” to have known of the relevant defect. His surname refers to Reiko as being the assistant homeroom teacher of the 9th grade class 3 and also being the death one as her last name, Mikami, means " three gods".

In the evening, Sou runs into Izumi who lives on the same floor as him in the Freuden Tobi building. He notes that she is his cousin who must be around the same age as him. She provides him notes from the lessons he missed that day, and the two have a conservation about the risks and acceptable behavior that a non-exister should conform to. For example, the non-exister should not speak with their classmates during school time, nor should they be called upon by their home room teacher to speak in front of the class. It is considered okay, however, if a non-exister student communicates with their classmates outside of the school grounds when the school day has finished.At first, I was worrying if this will just be a copy and paste of Another, since, inevitably, they will share the same premise. I was quite surprised to see the author has revealed to the readers (spoiler: Another) who is “the deceased” right in the beginning! It’s quite a daring move for a mystery novel but at least I know how the mystery will evolve and unfold wouldn’t be exactly the same as before. FWIW, it’s (technically not a spoiler if it’s already revealed in the beginning but I am gonna tag it just for the suspense)…… Izumi Akazawa. I have read quite a lot of comments on this sub that people have been speculating on this. So yeah, BINGO! For example, the landlord’s duty is limited to the need to repair and maintain a part of the premises, not to make it safe ( Alker v Collingwood Housing Association [2007] EWCA Civ 343). In the second of two articles, I look at housing disrepair claims brought under the Defective Premises Act 1972 (DPA 1972). While lying on the floor bleeding, Izumi tells Kouichi that they had actually met before, one and a half years ago, Kouichi doesn't remember and says that he doesn't, Izumi smirks and tells him that he should have at least pretend to remember and she dies. Mei then disappears. Kouichi called her and asked her where she is, she told him and also said that he doesn't want to come there. Shunsuke Kouda is one of Sou's friends. He is the club president and Sou's fellow member of the school's biology club. Shunsuke was in Sou's class during the first year of middle school, and is also a friend of Yagisawa. He is a very meticulous and careful person.
