So when Gamely asked if I would like to review the new younger children version of their already successful Soundiculous game, I was very pleased to accept. Simple rules and easy to set up so once they get the hang of it, kids can enjoy playing without grown ups. You can play with just two players or the whole extended family! Even though the age range of this game is aimed at children aged 3 to 7 years old, it is still enjoyable for older kids and adults too, and if you want to ramp up the fun while playing with older kids and adults you can always mix these cards with the older Soundiculous card game too, so you are all playing to your own level, as we think that would still work really well. It is a bonus that it is small enough to be a fab option for travelling or for the kids to take on sleep overs, as well as being good value for money. The objective of the game is to be the player that gets the most points, although having a great laugh together as a family is also a main objection of this game we think. Inspired by the ever popular Soundiculous, Soundiculous Kids is the hilarious new games of silly sounds, designed especially for children between the ages of 3 and 7 and their families. With 52 beautifully illustrated cards, Soundiculous will get both little ones and grown ups laughing and having fun together.It really is such a hilarious game that everyone can get involved in.And due to its small size and portability, it also makes the perfect travel game. Everyone else has to guess what you are. Once someone guesses right, move on to the next player. You can score as you go, or just play for fun! Nothing says Christmas more to me than being able to spend some time with all the family playing games around the table after the Christmas dinner. My gorgeous OH, who is a teacher, also suggested making up a story sequence with your winning cards.

This is such a funny game to play with kids and adults and who knew there was so many sounds that people think relate to an item, that you didn’t! As well as the traditional way of playing the game, there are also other alternative game suggestions for how to use the cards, including having a charades version where you could try and act the card out. Or for each player to do a drawing of the card to see who could guess what the drawing is first. Make the SOUND of whatever is on your card. Try not to say any words or do any actions. You can sit on your hands if you need to! Many a Christmas Day evening in my years gone by have been spent playing the board games of the day. Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, Cluedo and Dictionary have been fiercely competed with friends and family over the festive period.And I am very keen to maintain that tradition with my daughter and my niece as they grow up. FANTASTIC FESTIVE FUN AND GLORIOUSLY SILLY - Soundiculous Christmas is the festive version of the best selling Soundiculous - the outrageously funny, family-friendly game of ridiculous sounds. Soundiculous Christmas takes charades and flips it, so instead of miming you can make as much noise as you like - but that’s all you can do! Are you looking for a fun family game that family of all ages can play around the table after Christmas Dinner? Then do read on. Here is our review of the new game from Gamely Games – Soundiculous Kids. The game is aimed at ages 3-7, and for any more than 2 players. Each player takes it in turns to take a card from the top of the 2 piles of cards, marked “easy” and “hard”. They then have to make the sound depicted by that card. Players are not allowed to gesticulate or say words, only make noises. All the other players then have to guess what the noise is. Making the noises makes everyone laugh. As soon as a child can understand what each picture is then it becomes a proper crowd pleaser of a game. They don’t even need to be able to read, as the pictures are clear and easy for even small children to understand and have a go. We enjoyed this game a lot as a family, the simplicity of game play mixed with the challenge of sounding things out makes it a big belly laugher of a game for family games night.Is this a game you think you could enjoy?
