Our decaf coffee is now sourced directly from Colombia and decaffeinated at source, using an all-natural sugarcane approach. The beauty of the sugarcane process is that it helps preserve most of the original flavours of the coffee, while adding fruity notes and further complexity to the cup. Therefore, the carbon footprint of Atlas is significantly lower than previous decaffeinated coffees we’ve featured, due to the entire process taking place in Colombia. Both of these coffees have been decaffeinated using natural methods. High-quality decaffeination methods are key because they preserve all the lovely flavour and aroma in the bean. No caffeine, but ALL the flavour! Our sparkling water decaffeinated coffees are awesome for evening drinks, late-night mochas, or even an espresso martini that won’t keep you awake all night!

This blend of 100% Arabica beans from Southern and Central America makes a beautifully balanced cup of decaffeinated coffee, without compromising on flavour.

First up, there's New Penguin-ings. Take a sip and find notes of blood orange and chocolate limes. It's super smooth and entirely luscious! Great however you brew, but especially awesome in an AeroPress or espresso. Lovingly harvested by smallholder farmers in Argelia, Colombia. Here at Coffee Masters, we dont think that drinking decaffeinated coffee should come at the expense of flavour. We have worked hard to make sure that our decaf coffee retains it's strong bold flavour throughout the decaffeination process. We recommend this coffee as an espresso base to an Americano or Latte, but it would also produce a beautifully balanced filter coffee when prepared using a coarser grind. Our single-origin, chemical-free decaf coffees are decaffeinated using a sparkling water method which is gentle and uses no chemicals to remove the caffeine. This leaves the wonderful, natural flavours of the coffee for you to enjoy. On average, you can find between 2- 15mg of caffeine in one cup.
