Making sure there is technical improvement is the prime indicator of what is good coaching and what is not. Seller sent the wrong item, but the wrong book has a very similar cover and seller addressed problem very quickly.

The book was the first time there was a clear definition of a field and it was incredibly important that we had several organisations coming together to establish a collective voice. Written by Chris Husbands, 'Sprinting' is an essential guide for all athletes at the beginning or development stages of their sprint careers who are committed to running faster. Book was also carefully and professionally wrapt, was a very fast ship, and was in good condition as described.
