I liked that the book is very well documented. Nothing is written without quoting the source or study that proves it. Tipical to Hazel Wallace, she takes a "no bullshit" approach in this regard. Whilst the parts of the book that were educational were very well written, easy to understand and I definitely took information on board, I was hoping for deeper knowledge and understand and it seemed a little surface level.

There’s lots of sound practical advice about nutrition and healthy eating for different life stages as well, of course, as her popular recipes. Goods that by reason of their nature, cannot be returned - (Items such as underwear, where the 'hygiene patch' has been removed, or cosmetics where the seal has been broken).
