I personally use the WORX WG779E.2 and have a similar sized lawn. I have had no issues and it cuts well, is lightweight and is such great value for money. This is a relatively lightweight piece of garden equipment that can be easily folded away in between uses.Mark one more thought…has it ever occurred to you that a mower with the lowest two settings of 20 and 30mm such as this one effectively rules out the use of the lowest 20mm one if you adhere to the rule of never lowering the grass height by more than 1/3?! The grass box on the WORX WG779E.2 is very easy to remove by simply lifting the flap and unhooking. The grass clippings empty from the box with no obstructions. This is a hard topped collection box with a carry handle at the top. You will like the lightweight of this machine, and that is why you can manoeuvre it on your lawn without much stress. It comes with foldable handles, which make its storage a piece of cake. You only need to fold it and keep it in that small storage space in your garden. With a grass box capacity of 30 litres, you may not be able to get a better deal for a cordless mower. This means you won’t have to experience frequent box evacuations when working for a longer period. The grass box had an indicator so that it will be easier for you to monitor its progress. The WORX WG743E.1 is an excellent option if you’re looking for a diverse lawn mower, and this is all thanks to the variable height adjustments that it offers. As mentioned above the charge to cut ratio is good and is an aspect which beats its competition, but in saying that the mowing/charging time doesn’t directly affect you, after all the lawn will still be getting mowed! With two cutting modes and six cutting heights, the range of features is fairly limited with this mower – but simple is effective. However, there are a few standout features that are worth a mention. Height adjustments a single lever lets you set the height you want to cut your lawn, depending on the season or preferenceAs we have mentioned, the WORX WG743E.1 features a hefty cutting width of 40cm which makes it ideal for larger lawned areas, but will make just as easy work of a smaller lawn. I even spotted a roller at the rear for those who want a striped effect — I’ll leave it to you more confident mowers to test that one out! If there’s a negative, I’d say the Worx WG779E does become sluggish over long, wet grass, even with the reinforced axels, which can cause clogging in the collector. But overall, I found it to be a reliable, affordable cordless mower that is easy to use and store.
