About this deal

Bluey Series 1 and 2 are currently available on BBC iPlayer and have been a huge hit with UK fans. Episodes of Bluey have been streamed more than 363 million times on BBC iPlayer since its launch on the platform in April 2021. Bluey is created and written by Joe Brumm and produced by the multiple Emmy® Award-winning Ludo Studio for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and BBC Studios Kids & Family. This is the second episode to air on the same day as a sporting event, after The Decider aired with the 2022 State of Origin series.

This is the third episode to have a flash-forward moment; the first involved Bluey, Muffin and Jean-Luc in Camping and Bingo in Daddy Dropoff.I might be with Bluey on this one, but I decide to reserve judgement and learn from the blue heelers instead.

Bluey showcases the joyful simplicity that can be found in families turning everyday events like going to the shops or visiting the doctor into unique adventures, bringing to life how children learn and grow through play. My emotion at watching the Bluey episode was not just about the sweet storytelling, but because I wish my boys, who are both beautiful humans, could play better together and be less worried about outperforming each other. Four bits=When a batter hits a ball into a boundary fence (after it has bounced on the ground), the batter gets four runs. A hand signal is also used by the umpire of the match to signal this.

The Big Hitters

Six and out=If a batter hits a ball out of the playing area, they receive six points and are no longer able to bat (with the Umpire giving the relevant signal with their hands). The series follows Bluey, a loveable, inexhaustible, Blue Heeler dog, who lives with her Mum, Dad and her little sister, Bingo. Bluey uses her limitless energy to play games that unfold in unpredictable and hilarious ways, bringing her family and the whole neighbourhood into her world of fun. Occasionally there are good 'sportsmanlike' interactions between my boys, and when they happen my heart literally explodes with pride. I know they can do it but I find managing their fierce competitiveness to be one of THE hardest parts of parenting.

Created and written by Joe Brumm and produced by the multiple Emmy® Award-winning Ludo Studio for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and BBC Studios, the new season of the breakout hit series will be split into two parts. The first features 25 seven-minute stories that will bring even more hilariously relatable everyday moments of family life to audiences everywhere. These episodes will also arrive on Disney Channel and Disney Junior later this year in territories around the world. The second half of Season Three will be available on these same platforms at a later date. This episode is currently tied with Sleepytime for having the highest IMDb user rating, at 9.8/10 [4], and by extension for Series 3. Love for Bluey has exploded among viewers across the globe, and we’re delighted to debut another exciting season that will give fans more opportunities to spend time with Bluey and family." — Henrietta Hurford-Jones, Director of Children's Content Partnerships, BBC StudiosAnd that's because we all know that the real world of parenting sports-mad kids is quite different. While it’s undoubtedly true that the American censors have trimmed some of the show’s humor, it doesn’t detract from its adoration and rewatchability. A recent press release from Disney made a huge announcement surrounding the show, and fans are getting even more Bluey, or so it would seem. Bluey Made New-ey? Bluey eating her hotdog is not animated entirely correctly, with a slight lag in the removal of the sausage and bun. The series streams to U.S. and global audiences (outside of Australia, New Zealand and China) across Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney+ through a global broadcasting deal between BBC Studios Kids & Family and Disney Branded Television. In its native Australia, the show goes out on ABC. In the UK, CBeebies and BBC iPlayer is the free-to-air broadcast platform for Bluey. While I get emotional at this beautiful episode that perfectly encapsulates what fair play, bravery and chasing your dreams all look like, my kids just look bemused. BBC Studios Kids & Family have revealed that a special extended episode of the critically-acclaimed and multi-award-winning TV sensation, Bluey, will premiere globally next year on ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) and Disney+. Pat calls out to ask who hasn't batted yet. Bluey mentions Rusty hasn't, so Pat calls Rusty down. Rusty meanwhile is demonstrating fielding technique to his little sister, Dusty. The Sign’ is an extra-long episode of the global TV hit show, with a run time of 28 minutes. It is penned by Bluey creator and writer Joe Brumm, directed by Richard Jeffery, and produced by Ludo Studio.
