About this deal

Tarda més a arribar del que diuen quan fas la comanda però pots anar fent seguiment del paquet xq l’enviament a Espanya és amb correos. The other notable thing about the game is how big of a contrast we found between the complexity of the rulebook vs the ease of actually playing the game! However, players are not allowed to declare the color of a card with the same number that has already been declared. There are a few cards that act as substitutes for the player board that come in the box but aren’t mentioned anywhere in the rules, which vexed us for a while.

Or try to play and win tricks at the end of the round once everyone else is uncomfortable taking more tricks. That is, the observation and collapse is the center of Cat in the Box, and this expression of consciousness occurs as the shared experience between players. Of course, making a huge connection doesn’t matter if you don’t correctly predict the number of tricks you will win, and that can take a bit of practice if you’re new to trick-taking games. Your “Turn Zero” analysis here is balancing how many tricks you can win and what sort of pattern you can create. Just watch out for rounds where players don’t agree (the total bet is greater than or less than the total number of tricks).

It is truly a group operation here, but unlike something like The Crew, it's a completely competitive one that still utterly relies on those opponents to recognize what's taking shape in front of them and avoid the paradox that results from a misplay. All players then predict how many tricks they will win between one, two and three for a four or five player game or one, three or four for a three player game. There is an ongoing controversy on BGG about leading Red, and it would have been nice if the rules had been clearer on that. This theory, named after physicists John Von Neumann and Eugene Wigner, puts forth that consciousness causes the wave to collapse during observation. Once all cards have been played the player whose card was the highest wins that trick and takes all of the cards into a pile in front of them.

It’s really more of a concept, but it actually does have some decent artwork and some surprising components. If you cause a paradox, you’re almost certainly out of it (unless each player causes a paradox each, I guess).
