I personally preferred the front positions for Elodie, where you simply buckle up the thick waist band, carefully place your baby either facing in or out, then pull each strap over your shoulders while supporting the baby before buckling up the strap at the top of your back. It does have perfect fit adjusters allowing for a nice high and tight back carry for petite parents - in fact the main difference between this and the Beco Toddler above is that the padded section of the straps are shorter which allows this carrier to give a better fit to more petite parents.
