About this deal

Information collected via these cookies creates an interest profile that forms the basis for relevant advertising to you. The Xtrfy M4 mouse also had the same DPI levels and no companion software to cycle through them easily, so it looks like this is a habit of the manufacturer, albeit a bad one. It doesn’t make a huge difference for me personally, so while I appreciate the idea I do feel like this feature needs more work. I am of course aware of RocketJumpNinja’s (I will abbreviate that as RJN in this review at some points) ‘performance over aesthetics’ ideas, so if these holes shave even 1 gram off of the weight they already have their reason to exist if you look at the mouse in that context, but then why does it have RGB?

The community as a whole seems to be well past cheese grater designs in mice, and while I personally don’t mind the holes (I do prefer a solid shell these days, but I have no issues using a mouse with holes in it) I have to say that I think this mouse would look (and feel, in case you’re someone who dislikes the feeling of holes under your fingers) a whole lot better with a solid shell. The translucent smoky black shell also reminds me of a toy from the late 90’s, and while I’m not against some retro vibes, the MZ1 Wireless still looks every bit as goofy as its wired predecessor. This one is a lot flatter and leads to a much more neutral feeling mouse, and I think that that’s good news. The MZ1 Wireless is a very unique mouse with a very unique shape that’s made much more accessible thanks to the inclusion of a more neutral back shell.Mặc dù các nút được tách biệt khỏi vỏ một cách trực quan, nhưng chuyển động bên của nút là tối thiểu và cần phải được kích hoạt. Also on the bottom there are two screws that allow you to loosen and subsequently change the battery’s location.

However, the holes that run along the sides of the Xtrfy MZ1 seem to be exactly where my fingers should go.Of course this is something that could pop up after months of usage, but sadly I cannot test for that as I only have a limited amount of time to spend with any given product. On the bottom you’ll find three small mouse feet (one long strip on top and two small feet at the bottom) and these are just fine.

I say ‘noticeable’ because it’s always possible to detect sometravel (that’s just the way mouse buttons work) but it’s not noticeable in actual gaming scenarios at all on the MZ1 Wireless. And when you're done adjusting your settings, the top button can be set to F11, so you can bind it to whatever you want in-game. After decades of reviewing mice and playing FPS games with them on YouTube, he designed his own gaming mouse in collaboration with Xtrfy, a popular manufacturer of pro-level gaming gear. Because the products are developed together with professional players from Ninjas in Pajamas, who always must perform at the top, Xtrfy can never compensate the quality in their products. Designed by one of the world’s greatest mouse reviewers, the MZ1 Wireless is based on the best design principles from hundreds of gaming mice.

The mouse 4 button has too much pre- and post travel for my liking, making it feel a touch less responsive than what I would like it to feel. I like to have my ring finger sitting on the side where the button is, but it overhangs when I try to do that with the MZ1. Depending on personal preference and hand size, the shape of the mouse is equally suitable for palm, claw and fingertip grip. Beyond merely making the MZ1 into a wireless variant, the MZ1 Wireless also inherits the ability to swap the back cover from the M4 and M42 Wireless.

We focus on creating the best lightweight gaming mice rather than cutting down on durability to reach the lowest possible weight. Không thể luôn luôn đạt được một kết hợp hoàn hảo, nhưng lý tưởng nhất là CPI danh nghĩa và thực tế sẽ khác nhau ít nhất có thể. The MZ1 Wireless is based on the MZ1 – Zy’s Rail shape by Zy “Rocket Jump Ninja” Rykoa, considered by many to be the world’s top mouse reviewer.Inside the box, there’s the mouse, a USB receiver, a USB-C charging cable, a screwdriver to swap shells or move the battery, an extender dongle for the USB receiver, a sticker, an extra pair of mouse feet, an extra back shell, and the usual documentation.
