Would have been easier to repair the mic connection – just needs re-soldering to PCB. It is a surface mount part and have done it on many Parrot control boxes – a common issue. To diagnose further you will need a multimeter. Unfortunately, you have a hardware issue which can only be resolved by replacing the faulty part – appears that it is the screen itself. To access your phonebook and make a call, simply press the green button to start the user-independent voice recognition: the MKi recognize your voice and the name you are saying without any prior teaching process. Apple use different chipsets within the iPhone and some of them have Bluetooth compatibility issues.If that works make sure that Bluetooth streaming is definitely enabled on the A70 Bluetooth settings. Also, make sure the volume is up as if it is at zero the Parrot has no audio to play. Hi there , I have a Parrot MKI9200 , everytime I play music or exit a screen from the menu the speakers make a loud pop , as if it letting you know I have exited a certain screen etc. V2.20 is the last available version for version 1 & 2 control boxes – there are no later updates. Version 3 control boxes are electronically different.

I have a MKI9200 with firmware 2.20 I can make and receive phone calls absolutely fine but as soon as i try to play a song from my phone (Android huawei p20) via Bluetooth it displays the song on the screen as if its playing but there is no sound whatsoever. I tried using the line in function also but also no sound. Would also recommend re-starting the iPhone (hold top and bottom centre button until Apple logo is displayed).
