Its TABLE FUNCTION makes graph work a cinch. No more tedious, error-prone evaluation of functions. This obviously means that more time is spared to teach the Math behind the graph. calculation with percent +/- change sign (direct entry of negative numbers) RV exchange registers (X-Y) F floating-point notation Fix fixed-point notation: the listed decimals can be chosen (0-9) Sci scientific (exponential) notation Eng engineering notation a b/ c allows entry and display of fractions Sqr square root x 2 square pi value of pi (3.1415..) can be recalled 1/x reciprocal trig trigonometrical functions (sin, cos, tan and inverses: arcsin, arccos, arctan) hyp hyperbolic functions (sinh, cosh, tanh and inverses: ar sinh, ar cosh, ar tanh) DMS-DD conversion of decimal and sexagesimal numbers log exponential and logarithmical functions (10- and e-base) y x raising to power SD one variable statistics: calculating mean and standard deviation nCr probability calculations P-R converting coordinates between rectangular and polar systems n! factorial I've found 1 other video adapting my method: https://youtu.be/t583XTyuEnkall others use the method you've used. Hey, Jim! I know it’s been two years and you probably forgot, but, do you remember if you managed to solve either matrixes or vectors on your fx-82ms?

I really understand the popularitiy of this calculator in Spanish classes, I have studied ESO and Bachillerato in a highschool in a town in Málaga, and almost everyone had the fx-82MS. Functionally identical to the Casio fx-82D, except for the larger display, hence the L designation. The old version of fx-82MS, has the same hardware than fx-570MS, 100MS, 115MS, 991MS, well function suited models, the predecesors of fx-ES plus series.Well, I am currently running a project dedicated to find more bugs and loopholes in the firmwares of these calculators, and we already know the CPU and have decompiled the firmware.

That is marvelous and insane. It does occur to me that since this is very clearly a mask-rom CPU that's understandably being used in several products, that almost certainly there's a pin or two that's tied high or low to configure it. Rewiring that pin would be an awful lot easier. However, I see it's a chip-on-board, which may make that impossible. Anyway yeah, someone figuring outthat buffer overflow is beyond crazy. Not only the display settings are kept, but also the last used mode is still active, but will be in a broken state. Haven't really been doing much on the forums so I didn't see this until now, sorry about the extremely late reply. Yo PPL, it's been 4 months from the last reply and I hope y'all safe and sound. I really thank this team for its Intel. Even more amazing is how its easy-to-use STATISTICS menu crunches data. It is so much fun that I perform statistical analyses of almost any data I come across. This of course means that I can explain better the meanings of these analyses. The Casio fx-82SUPER is a scientific calculator with 10 digits precision and algebraic logic. It has 52 functions, 38 keys, and an LCD (liquid crystal) display. The power source is 2xAA. The calculator was manufactured in China. A sample of this calculator is held in the calculator.org collection. Facts at a glance: Feature Not only the display settings are kept, but also the last used mode is still active, but will be in a broken state." Casio FX-82L Fraction Home > Browse Our Collection > Calculators > Electronic Calculators > Casio FX-82L Fraction I invite you to post here all your research in this model. I've splitted your post from the other thread, because it is other model. This is for organization reasons. To help the users to find your post easiliy. I don't know the details of the hardware (CPU model, etc.) although I guess it's the same kind as the ES and ES PLUS series.

The Casio fx-82SX is a scientific calculator with algebraic logic. It has 38 keys, and an LCD (liquid crystal) display. Video: https://youtu.be/YY19aeKGN1M(Text version is in the description for if you can't follow the video. the most interesting thing is that he found that the hardware beneath the buttons is in fact a matrix keyboard. There are more pins (keyboard combinations) that were actual buttons in the calculator, so he analyzed that and found that some combinations can be triggered to directly activate extra modes from the superior model. I have a hardware setup for that I'll show off as soon as possible. The software layer is still pretty much unexplored, so that's why I'm here There are no "correct" emulator of any calculator, that I can extract the ROM and expect it to be "reasonably similar" to the ROM of the real calculator. As long no one has found a way to look at all the memory externally, we cannot really be sure if all memory is cleared.Hello! I started a project aimed to find bugs in the firmware of the fx-ES PLUS models. Would you like to contribute? The calculator model that you are using now is not the right one unfortunately, we look at the fx-(82/991)ES PLUS. The columns and rows names k* and ki* aren't just because, but Those are the names labeled in the calculator board, so I kept them to make things easier. FX-95MS differs from FX-82MS in the MODE button connection: K14-K23 instead of K14-K24. Change this connection and you will get those modes.

The materials used in ClassWiz series calculators comply with European RoHS environmental regulations, an international standard. And then, after opening a hole on the calc case, pass the cables (flat cable was my choice) and solder them to a connector. Care must be taken with the names, or you'll have to redo all the config_key.sh file to match the code and the atmega board. Buy a new calculator? No f** way, it's a lot of money, and a new calculator for just a few more functions. This occurs because the teachers and the students don't have any knowledgment about calculators, for example, a fx-991ES plus or an used graphing calculator are cheap also(I got my fx-9750G for 3€ used), and have many functions more.Same for me. Even removing the battery doesn't seem to clear the memory completely, I once left the calculator without a battery for a whole day so all capacitors are drained as well, and I still got mixed results. I'm an owner of several Casio calculators, all from the fx-82MS series. In Spain (where I live) they are very common because they are really cheap. The Casio fx-82C is a scientific calculator with 8 digits precision and algebraic logic. It has 52 functions, 38 keys and an LCD (liquid crystal) display. The power source is 2xAA batteries. The calculator was manufactured in Japan. Since ClassWiz calculators are products used for many years as learning tools, the keys are made of a material that offers high durability and resistance to print peeling. On pressing these keys it ended up to a screen displaying 8888888888 and no keys work here except Shift and [on]
