December 6th, 2020: Skyler's cheer doll is released, being spotted at Walmart in the United States and Canada. Despite barely even knowing each other, Amaya and Bella have a rather complicated relationship. Amaya first learns of her after meeting her runway group, learning that she is in fact her replacement. Amaya feels guilty about this, however Bella appears rather bitter towards her. They were later seen talking in " The Eclipse - Phase One, Part Two", suggesting that they have become friends. Bella had a much duller, more rose gold color scheme within the first few episodes of the animated series. For an unknown reason, this was changed to a brighter, more pink color.
Bella and Poppy are good friends, bonding over their love of artistic expression. In particular they enjoyed working on their runway project, with Poppy being heartbroken to see Bella being expelled.Her appearance is similar to Blue Skye's appearance from the similar franchise Rainbow Surprise; because of this, she might be inspired by Blue Skye. Ruby and the rest of the group are greeted by Ms. Wright, who gives the girls the grand project of designing cheer uniforms and designing a cheer to go with them. Being the graphic designer she is, Ruby takes on the job of making the emblems for the outfits. However, she gets into a slight argument with Jade, who thinks their two visions for the designs don't match. Amaya however, mends this by thinking of making totally customized uniforms. The girls end up with a variety of looks, and after doing a performance for Ms. Wright, they pass the project. While not much has been shown, her and Skyler are shown to be good friends, bonding over their love and tastes in fashion. She seems to be a huge fan of Tiara as she was hypnotized when Tiara entered the stage. Additionally, she cheered for her and the rest of The Royal Three.
On The Vi Life, Violet mentions that Ruby and Emi do jigsaw puzzles at the Rainbow Union. They also worked together for Radiant Week and painted a room by using forced perspective. Ruby later participates in a scavenger hunt with her friends, and while trying to complete the activity in a certain amount of time, her friends learn that Ruby's top selling products are sneakers that she custom paints. Working together, Ruby and her friends were able to complete the scavenger hunt, and they all get a surprise. Bella, along with Lila and Nicole, took part in Naomi's Set Design Workshop. Bella appears to dislike her, especially when she says her best work is somewhere between basic and mediocre. Being accompanied by Skyler, they help clear Neon Shadow's equipment from the stage, with both of them feeling better that none of the twins are sabotaging performances anymore. Ruby and Sunny are shown happily getting autographs from The Royal Three, having to leave when they get their fittings.

She is proclaimed to be the most talented first-year fashion designer that Rainbow High has seen in a long time. The two are seen cheering in the crowd along with Sheryl and Gabriella in "Rainbow Vision Finale: Part 2" and "Rainbow Vision Finale: Part 3", so we can assume they are friends. After Colin cheated on both Ruby and Skyler, Bella has an understandably bad opinion of Colin. This is especially seen when Kia tries to pair her up with him, which she responds to in disgust; Colin hurt Skyler. Bella wants nothing to do with him. She makes a minor appearance in the atrium along with other first years, finding out about her new project. Her original quote "I don't follow trends. I set them." was changed to "Own it! I would!" the same line she said in "The Prize at the End of the Rainbow" for unknown reasons.
